Daniels POV
I think my heart just snapped.
This dude that came up to the table ends up being her boyfriend. She never told me that.
I quickly get up and leave before my eyes fill with tears.
"Daniel! Where are you going?"
I don't even bother to turn around.
"Keep walking Daniel. Just keep walking." I kept saying in my head. But I knew I wanted to turn back around to make up with her. But no. I can't.
As I open the door to my car, she runs towards me.
"Daniel! Wait!"
And of course I turn around to hear everything.
"I- I can explain! I'm so, so sor-" she starts ranting.
"Listen . I just can't talk to you right now. I - I can't even look at you."
"But Daniel-"
How could I listen to her when she cheated on me ? She never told me about this guy, and if she actually wanted to be with me, she would've called it off with that guy.
