It was a Friday night. Although other couples had gone out earlier for their dates, Taehyung and I had to wait until the the middle of the night for our fun. Not that we were dating or anything though.
I was changing in the dark out of my pikachu pajamas, careful not to make a sound. Lisa was sleeping soundly on the bed next to mine, while the other members were in a slumber in the room across from ours.
I checked my phones time. 11:54. Taehyung was probably waiting outside already.
Once I had perfected my outfit for the evening, I crept out of my bedroom and out the door.
Now on the balcony, I peered at the ground below. As expected, there was Taehyung, leaning against the brick wall that surrounded our apartment building. I couldn't see his face very well, but if I could I know he would probably have the most excited look on for sneaking out with me.
My own mischeviousness kicked in.
Creeping down the stairs, I sneaked towards Taehyung. I moved across the lawn like a ghost. My stealthy footsteps were quieter than a mouses. Atleast, I thought so.
I jumped out from behind the wall corner.
"Nyeongan!", I yelled to surprise him.
Taehyung smiled and waved, "Nyeongan." He responded. He didn't seem that surprised.
I crossed my arms over my chest. "You're supposed to be surprised.", I pouted.
Taehyung paused, before he violently gasped and fell to the floor.
"AHHHHH.", He yelled as melodramatically as possible.
"Taehyung-shi...", I laughed.
He was just going into heartattack stage when I gently kicked him to get up.
"I get it, I'm not sneaky. Get up, pabo."
He looked up at me with a rectangular smile.
"Oh you're sneaky, you're just not quiet."
"I'm quieter than you. You probably woke everyone up.", I giggled.
We both fell silent at the realization he actually may have alerted the entire neighborhood to us.
"Let's go!", He yelled, grabbing my wrist and leading me into the night.
"Shhh!"
The city lights of Seoul enveloped us in the tranquil twilight. Traffic signals twinkled rainbow in the distance. We were surrounded by people, but none noticed the two secret kpop idols stealing away in the darkness of the night.
We stopped at a cross walk. I expected Taehyung to let go of my hand, but it stayed firmly in his unreleasable grip. I cleared my throat, but he didn't take the hint, and he didn't let go.
"Taehyung, are you going to let go of my hand?", I whispered into his ear so that no one else heard.
He glanced at me, then at our interlocked fingers. His hand lessened it's hold. I pried mine from his.
"So where are we going?", I asked calmly, turning my attention back to the traffic in front of us.
"To where we had our first date."
"This is our first date."
"No, we had one before a couple months ago.", He smugly commented.
I raised a condescending brow. He couldn't mean what I thought he meant. I just gave him the benefit of the doubt, and followed along after him on the sidewalk.
