The sunlight coming in the room through the little gap between the curtains, the dancing dust particles visible in that light, the sound of silence, Haneul was seeing it all and hearing it all,
He turned to look at Ash's sleeping face, he observed her long naturally curled lashes, the little scar above her eyebrow, the tiny mole on her nose which he had never noticed before,
He had a sudden urge to touch her, to feel her skin, he brought his hand near her face but pulled it back, he was afraid to wake her up but she still woke up. Fluttering her eyes open, her hands searched for Haneul, she smiled when she saw him,
"I got scared.." she confessed, "I thought it was all a dream.." she continued as Haneul smiled back at her
"I haven't slept so well in months.." Haneul whispered,
Ash bit her lip, "that's good to know.." she said as she quickly got up,
"I'll go take a bath first!" she said as she ran to the bathroom, confusing Haneul,

When she came out she saw Haneul on the couch, in front of him was his laptop and he was frantically typing something down, he also had his phone held between his shoulder and ear and he kept saying something in another language, Ash decided not to disturb him and went to the library upstairs, she looked out the window and saw how beautiful the view was from up there, she pulled the chair in front of the window and sat down there with a book that she found lying upside down on the table,
She turned to see the name of the book, "50 Greatest life lessons.." she read out, she looked out the window, so many thoughts running around in her mind
"Ash..there you are!" Haneul said, bringing her back to reality
"oh!" she got up, bumping her knee on the chair while she got up, "you were busy so I didn't want to disturb you..." she explained herself
Haneul shook his head, "do you want to get changed? we can go grab breakfast before-" he was interrupted by a phone call, he gave Ash an apologetic look and picked the call, "yes?" he spoke into the phone, but his expressions suddenly changed and he looked at Ash with a worried expression, he turned his back at her and walked away, "where?" he whispered
Ash saw his shoulders rise and fall once and then he turned around with a smile, "they wanted to go check out the venue for the launch party.." he pointed vaguely
Ash nodded, she wasn't buying that because she could tell he was hiding something from her, but she didn't want to force him to tell her.
"I'll go change, you can shower while I do that.." she told him as she walked to the stairs
"Ash!" Haneul said from behind, "I have to go to a business trip tonight..can I please drop you off at the mansion?" he asked
Ash turned and walked to him and took a deep breath, "why?" she asked
"..I don't think you should be living alone when you have family here.." he replied
Ash nodded, "how long would you be gone?" she asked
"um..I'm not sure, we're working on this.." he scratched his nose, "we're building this.." he made various structures with his hands, "place where.."
"where?" she asked
"Aus.." Haneul thought for a while, "-tralia!" he clicked his fingers
Ash smiled, it was a mischievous smile, "take me with you..we'll have our honeymoon there!" she suggested
Haneul scratched his head and tried thinking of an excuse, "I'll be busy with work all day, how will I get time to spend with you? You'll get bored alone..plus your clinic.." he reminded
Ash let out a huff, "okay then, you may drop me off at grandma's place..it'll be fun since Yoona and Jun are also there..it'll be wonderful!" she exclaimed as she walked down
Haneul followed her down, "then I'll drop you off after breakfast, pack your stuff while I go shower.." he said as he went to the washroom.
Ash rolled her eyes at him, why was she even thinking he'd ask her to go with him, he's Seung Haneul. "Dang it.." she whispered as she went inside the room to pack.

"what do you want to eat?" Haneul asked Ash, while carefully reading the menu board,
"I want to eat rice.." she said, causing Haneul to give her a confusing look
"they don't sell rice in coffee shops, Ash..choose something from the menu" he said, pointing at the board in front of them
Ash lowered her head, "I'll have an americano with basic french toasts, please.." she said as she went to find a table to sit
