Maximus watched Twelve sleep, she seemed so peaceful. "Everyone thinks I'm the bad guy", he said solemnly. "I'm trying to help these kids". He looked over to thousands of white cells in test tubes. "That's all I've been trying to do". Maximus's ears pricked when he heard a doorknob turn. "Looks like Thirteen and his friends are here for Victoria", he said, an evil smile grew on his face. He changed into a demon and teleported to the beam of where Alex, Thirteen, and Eleven where. "This is scary", Alex said, creeping behind Eleven, who was creeping behind Thirteen. Thirteen suddenly stopped. "He's here", he said. "Well done Thirteen", Maximus said, jumping down from the beam. "Your senses have improved, a lot". Alex fainted, and Eleven caught him. "Where's Twelve?", Eleven shouted. "She's fine, trust me", Maximus said, a sly grin growing on his face. He changed back into his original form. "Thirteen and Eleven, care to join me?", Maximus asked, taking out two needles filled with a liquid that would make them drop down into sleep. Maximus didn't wait for an answer, he swiftly jabbed the two boys with the needles and they dropped to the ground. "We are gonna have so much fun!", Maximus said.
Alex woke up strapped to a metal table. "Welcome back", Maximus said, grabbing a needle filled with a brain cell. "Where are the others?!", he demanded. "I'll get to them in a minute, you need to learn how to be patient", Maximus said. Alex felt the needle go into his neck and then he had a sudden recollection of how he got here. "I just gave you back one of your brain cells your welcome", Maximus said, tossing the needle on the floor and then stepping on it. "I hope the others are awake", Maximus said, going out to another room and saw Thirteen was asleep. "I shall let him live in his dream world a bit longer", Maximus said, grabbing Eleven instead.
Thirteens past
I roamed the streets, looking for a way out of my town. I soon saw a man in a nut cracker-like attire. The man came over to me and asked me if I wanted a lift. Of course, I said yes. As soon as I sat in his car, he hit me over the head and knocked me out.
When I woke up, I was in a grey forest. I had no memory of my name, my mom, family or anything that happened. I met the three-headed dog (Maximus) and he started to experiment on me. The first Arena was born
