This will be a rough outline. I can not guarantee that this will be accurate, but if anything changes I will do my best to update this timeline so that you guys are aware of what is happening. As time goes on, the dates for this award will become more specific.
January-March 2: application time. the awards will be open for people to enter and judges to apply.
March 2-July/August: judging stage. judges will be given two weeks to read the first chapter of their assigned books, give a score, and PM me the scores they've given their books. The five books with the lowest scores in each genre will be eliminated. this will continue on for the rest of the rounds, until three winners are chosen from each genre.
August/Early September: results will be posted. the awards will be finished
