Chapter - Twenty

I was weak but now I'm not. I woke up my anger over powering me. I got out of the zip ties and I found a knife. Each man I slit their throats. I was at sanding there with their blood on my hands and I dropped the knife. I went to the bathroom of my apartment past Thea and I washed the blood off and threw away my clothes and then I saw the mass murder on the news.

I turned it off and Thea woke up. "Eliza where were you?" She asked. "I was out." I said and she got up. "What happened to your head?" She asked. "Motorcycle accident." I said knowing no one in the basement would believe me as they probably knew. "I'm going back out." I said. "Better stay away from a motorcycle. Your carrying my niece." She said. "How do you know it's a girl?" I asked. "I have a feeling." She smiled making me smile.

I went to the basement and Felicity was on the coms listening to Ollie talk about Roy. Ollie went to the hospital cause Roy hit his leg. Sara took him and I got a few texts from Sebastian. The first one said Call me.

"I'll be back later." I told Felicity and walked out. I got a few texts from Ash when I walked into the Blood campaign office. "You wanted to see me." I said and he shut the door. "I herd something from a friend that your Pregnant." He just spit out. "I was gonna tell you." I said and he put his hand up. "Honestly. Eliza you need to get out of town Now!" He told me. "Why what's happening?" I asked. "The runner up.." I said remembering what Isabel said. "Your with Slade?" I asked and he had this worry in his eyes. "I will do anything to help you but Eliza you need to go." He told me. "I can't believe you." I said. "Promise me you'll protect that baby with everything. I'm sorry about this." He said kissing my forehead. "I promise." I said and walked out.

I went to the Verdant as it was Moms rally. She was gonna give up. Thea came and Mom turned around and said she knows she can. Because Starling is her Home and her family is here. Not just blood family but everyone in Starling.

Then Thea went up and said a few words. It was to draw Roy out. After a few minutes I declined several drinks and there was gun fire. Roy threw a guy and hit John. "Roy!" I yelled and he kind of dropped Thea a bit. "Roy!" Sara yelled in her canary. Sin jumped in front of Sara. "Roy! Stop it! This is Thea! The love of your life! You will regret it if you kill her." I said as he let her go and she fell down. He grasped my neck and Sara shot him in the leg. "Don't!" I yelled and then Roy stood up as he was shot with three arrows.

"We will get him the help he needs. Go!" The arrow said and I got Sin and Thea out. I took a deep breath and then later after the police took statements Ollie limped in and I got in the limo with Ollie, Mom and Thea.

Thea started talking about them keeping secrets from her. "You knew about Roy." Thea said. "What?" Ollie asked. "That's why you had your bodyguard stalking me. Somehow you knew what was going on with him." Thea said to Ollie. "I'm just trying to protect you." He replied. "By not telling me the truth. Just like with Malcom Merlyn. You know the two of you think your protecting me. By lying and keeping secrets. But that's what's actually hurting me." Thea said and I grabbed her hand. "Your absolutely right. We need to turn a new page." Mom said.

"It's not gonna be that simple. Or easy." Thea said. "If the truth were easy for me we wouldn't be in this situation. But to start. There's something about Malcom you, Eliza and Oliver need to know. Malcom..." She said as another car slammed into the limo.

Everything was a blur and Slade dragged us all out. Ollie was still unconscious. Our hands were bound. Mom kept crying out for Ollie. When he awoken Slade was talking about a Shado. "What do you mean She?" Ollie asked as years escaped my eyes. "There's nobody there!" Ollie yelled at Slade. "Slade you were on the island with Oliver?" Mom asked. "I thought I had known true despair, until I met your son. I trusted him to make the right choice." Slade said. "Let me make the right choice now. Kill me." Ollie said and Thea tears leaking from her eyes. "Nooo." She cried out. "Choose me please." Ollie asked. "I am choosing you Oliver. Only more slower than you'd like. Now choose." Slade said and I lowered my head. "Choose me." I said standing up as my leg gave out. "No! Me. Slade kill me!" Mom stood up. "Mom No." I said. "Mom what are you doing?" Ollie asked. "There's only one way this night can end. And we both know that. Don't we Mr. Wilson. Thea I love you, Eliza I love you. Oliver. I love you. Close your eyes baby! Thea close your eyes." Mom said. "You possess true courage. I am truly sorry. You did not pass that onto your son." He said as he put his gun away and used a sword. "No!" Thea and I screamed. "There's still one person who has to die before this can end." Slade said as he cut Thea and I free. Thea went to Mom and I went over to Ollie.

He had passed out and Thea cried over Mom. I let tears escape and I cried for Mom taking my place. Blood dripped from my forehead and I put my head on Thea's back. I cried with her over our mother.
