❤ Twenty-one - Knocked out #2? ❤
The next two days, I finished shopping and packing and planning and just all-around getting ready! Melissa and even Travis himself tried to contact me numerous times but at the moment, I was still quite angry and fed up with his... antics, or whatever you call it.
Cassandra and Blake have been going out on dates non-stop, too. I knew because Cassandra would. Not. Stop. Taking pictures and posting them up on Instagram for everybody to see.
It was a good thing that I wasn't given 'the talk' during those two days. And even at the moment, as I was riding in our car, being driven to the airport by my parents and Peyton, nor dad and mom were even attempting to give me the talk.
I sighed and double-checked my stuff. I had one suitcase and a small pouch/bag thing--that was it.
I had made sure to bring swimsuits and shorts and thin shirts because I didn't want to experience a heat-stroke in the middle of the trip!
"Here," Peyton said as she handed me her cup of coffee. I took it and thanked her. I was barely able to keep my eyes open. I mean, it was five in the morning for Pete's sake!
I finished the cup just as we pulled over at the airport.
"Where are they going to meet you?" mom asked.
"I think inside," I replied tiredly.
Dad helped with my suitcase and I kissed all of them goodbye. Mom told me a lot of things like "don't forget to take pictures" and whatnot. After all of it was done, I walked inside the airport and saw Lim and Blake playing with strawberries.
"What's going on?" I asked them, chuckling as I stood next to them.
They were tossing strawberries back and forth, catching them with their mouths.
Blake threw one my way and I caught it. But then Hari threw one at Blake and he caught it before spitting it back out at Hari. Luckily, Hari dodged. But then the strawberry landed in some guy's coffee mug in the nearby airport cafe.
The guy didn't see it, though; he was reading the paper.
Hari, Blake and I bursted out into a fit of laughter and snickers. "Poor guy," I remarked. "Now he gets to taste Blake's saliva."
"He'll just taste the strawberry, Pipes. Not my saliva," Blake told me.
"We'll see," I said.
After a while, all three of us proceeded and went through the normal things you go through when you travel international. After the tiring process was done, we waited and sat down on three seats.
We checked in our luggages but Blake and Hari still had their backpacks and I had my pouch thing.
"So what time will we arrive?" I asked.
"Well the boarding time is six, but we'll probably take off at around six-thirty. And then it's four hours, and then we'll have a quick stop but luckily, my parents were able to catch a plane where we don't have to go down during the stop--we can just wait inside the plane. But that'll be about an hour in which they'll serve as an early lunch. And then it'll be two hours, and then we'll land in Manila. Then we'll eat some snacks in the airport there, and then we'll board the plane to Cebu in another hour, and then we'll arrive at Cebu in another hour."
"And what time will that be?"
"I'm not quite sure, I mean... at the moment, we have different time zones. I just know that the Philippines is a couple hours advanced than us. So it'll probably be very early morning when we arrive there."
