Trick or treat (Bryan)

*don't mind Marvin in the background, btw I was thinking about making the preference TE/BU/GG/hi5 book*

(Y/n)'s pov:

My mother got me a ghost lady costume. Or something... she told me the make up she put on my face is called Sugar skull. I really like that. It really goes with my black-red dress.

I took my basket and kissed mom on cheek, before I left the house. My friend, Kevin, joined me soon with his brother - Bryan. Kevin was a werewolf and Bryan was a vampire. They both look pretty dope. As Kevin saw me he hugged me immediatelly.

"You can't hug ghost, Kevin" I said and he giggled, while pulling away. I smiled at Bryan, who only smiled back and looked down on the ground, blushing. His white, pale face was now turning red.
"I've never seen a pink vampire before" I laughed. Kevin glanced at me confused, but then he saw Bryan's face and laughed along.
"Shut up, you guys." Bryan said shyly. As soon after that we all went through our district, looking for some ,,trick-or-treat'' targets. 'Cause it is HALLOWEEN MY DUDES!!!

After an hour we've visited like 8 houses and we got a lot of sweets. Nobody chose a trick, which made me feel upset, bc I wanted to fool somebody. Meh... Bryan was staring at me this entire time, but everytime I looked up he turned his head. Also he got the most candies, I got the least. Yet. I was going for the big one, old house on the street's corner. As I made 2 steps back here Kevin put his hand on my shoulder.

"(Y/n), maybe we shouldn't go here. This place looks like it's haunted or abandoned."
"Cool down, Kevin. We're not going to break in like thieves. If nobody will answer the door bell we just walk away." I said calmly.
"Are you afraid of this house of spooks out there? C'mon, we're not in kindergarden anymore." Bryan teased him, pretending like he was the one daredevil here. I just rolled my eyes and turned around and faced the fence door. There was no bell or anything. I pressed the handle and immediatelly it broke. The whole fence door collapsed on the ground. We just stayed back there, nobody even flinched. We were now so afraid that someone was going to pop out of nowhere and chase us.

Silence. More silence.

We breathed a sigh of relief. "Now we're getting out of here." Bryan said quietly. And suddenly 2 sheepdogs ran from behind the house. They were huge and furry. Eyes full of anger, their fangs gave me creeps. "RUN!!" I yelled as the gigantic dogs were zooming at our faces. Kevin climbed fast on the tree and one dog focused on him. I hid behind the random car and dog was still chasing Bryan. But suddenly, when they ran nearby the dog noticed me and jumped just in front of my face. I screamed at that and then it looked at Bryan again, who was standing like 4 yards further. He threw the stone at it and soon Dog was chasing Bryan again. After like 5 minutes there was a whistle from the old house and dogs ran back to the apartment. Kevin jumped off the tree, soon Bryan, exhausted by running, came up from behind the corner. I ran up to him and hugged him.

"Are you ok, Bryan? Did it hurt you?" I asked frightened.
"I'm ok, I always was the fastest runner in the class." Bryan smiled down at me. I only let some tears run down my cheeks. He noticed that and upheld my chin.
"Hey, (Y/n), don't cry. It's all good now."
"But it could have hurt you." I was still hugging him, trying my best to not cry out loud.
"Not me, (Y/n.) I'm glad that you're ok." he giggled.
"Bryan actually saved you, (Y/n)." Kevin said. I only sobbed.
"C'mon, skeletons don't cry." Bryan tried.
"I'm a sugar skull ghost, it's different."
"Then why can I hug the ghost?" We laughed and soon Kevin joined us in a big, group hug. This all made me smile again.

*SOME YEARS LATER*

(Y/n)'s pov:

I've been working in Hi5studios, since Bryan invited me (which is like a half year now.) After primary school we went to the different schools and now met, after years. Today was halloween again and Hi5 crew just finished the Survive the Night video on Battle Universe channel. Bryan was a werewolf and he lost. I was just standing back there, watching them shooting a fake werewolf running around.

"Wolfy-wolf has lost, but he is hungry still! I NEED A VICTIM'S BLOOD!" Bryan screamed at the entire blue base and before I even realized he was running towards me. I was trapped in the corner, I could only defend myself with words.
"Bryan, no- BRYAN!" I shrieked, before he caught me and picked me up.
"Any last words?" he growled.
"Not this type of halloween I've remembered." then he put me down and took off his wolf mask.
"You reminded me our last halloween, (Y/n)."
"We were like... 10 years old." Kevin interrupted and we all melted in memories.
"You were so beautiful lookin' in this sugar skull costume."
"Not too bad yourself, pink vampire." I giggled and Bryan just rolled his eyes. Then caught my wrists.
"(Y/n), can I tell you something?" I nodded. He took a big breath.
"It doesn't matter for me, if you're a ghost or human or if you're 10 or adult. You're still pretty and kind and I..." then Bryan stopped. Kevin made a 'oh snap' face with eyes wide opened and just left us alone. Bryan... he... he liked me since we were kids and I was just so dumb, didn't even realising where it was going. I've always wanted to smile, when I saw him anytime. I... I...

"I love you." he said. And kissed me softly.
