You were Bryan's sister and he invited you over to work one day. You knew he worked in YouTube studio, but never pushed yourself to check what kind of content he worked on. So when you finally got there, you were beyond surprised.

TEAM EDGE was a channel making more-bizarre-every-week challenges, and Bryan was one of the few employees who showed up on camera. There was a lot of people working in the backstage. Your brother introduced you to everyone, mostly men worked in the studio, but it didn't bother you. Not after growing up with 3 brothers. Plus they were all very kind and lovely.

But true delight was meeting the employees you called the Asian brothers - Billy and Bobby. They were half-Japanese and they were kinda cute. But there was something about the younger brother, Bobby, that made you feel nervous whenever you talked to him. So obviously, you bumped into each other 5 or 10 minutes after you met for the first time.

"Hey!" You said.
"Hi."
"What's up?"
"Not much really, just... sipping coffee."
"Big coffee fan?"
"Duh." Bobby's baritone echoed in your head. You still couldn't wrap your head around how low voice he had.

"So, are you shooting a video today?"
"Like most days, sweetheart. That's only a short break between setting up the stage and taking part in the vid. It's surprising amount of work, so I think I deserve a quick cup of good coffee."
"You sure do." You giggled and he smirked at you, before finishing his drink. Note to self: don't ask any more stupid questions. Wait... did he just call you sweetheart?

"Actually, we may need another person for the shoot." He spoke up. "Jordan opted out today."
"Oh no." You tried to sound like you remembered which one of the 40 employees you met today he was talking about.
"I was thinking, maybe you could take his place temporarily and be in the video?"
"Oh..." you stuttered at the unexpected offer. "I don't know if I can just chime in...."
"Please do. We didn't have a backup plan for this, honestly weren't expecting anyone to step back today, so you just fell down from heaven. Unless you agree of course." He gave you puppy eyes that you couldn't say "no" to.

Bobby went off to sign you up for the video, while you just stood there, not really sure what happened. Little did you know, your overprotective brother was eavesdropping the whole thing.
"Done flirting?" he suddenly appeared behind you, making you jump.
"What do you mean? We were just chatting."
"Please, (Y/n). He is so into you he even invited you to the shoot." Bryan crosses his arms, so did you, quite disturbed by him finding such invitation flirty.
"Don't be ridiculous."
"We don't just bring over strangers to be in our videos."
"I know you don't. You've been working here half of your life and that's the first time I got to see it." You snap back at him, giving him a victorious smirk.

"Whatever, you know what I'm talking about. I'm just not looking forward to you and him hanging out so much. You still didn't get over the last break up-" he cut, realizing he's hit a nerve right there.
"Thanks for reminding me." You rolled eyes and walked away from him, infuriated that he brought it up again.

"There you are, (Y/n)." Bobby walked into the room and grabbed your hand. "Come on, we're filming a video!" You walked into the giant warehouse and in front of you there was an enourmous contraption which size scared you a little.
"what is this?"
"This is the slippery slope. That's where we're gonna be filming."
"Woah, you didn't mention it was like 20 feet in the air!"
"Aw, are you scared?" he teased while poking your side.
"Don't insult me. Of course I'm not scared, it just looks dangerous."
"It's fine. We do this everyday."
"I've never done anything more ridiculous in my life."
"(Y/n), I promise you it will be alright." he said softly, then handed you a red suit. "Change, sweetheart."

Before you knew, you were playing on the slippery ride. You made it to the top and looked down at Bobby, hanging there like a Christmas ornament. He reached out to you, his frail grip holding desperately onto the wooden step.
„(Y/n), help me!" Whole thing seemed so dramatic, but all you could think of right now was how much this ridiculous calamity looked like a scene from The Lion King, where mufasa is dangling from the cliff.

So, being the Disney nerd you are, you grabbed both of Bobby's forearms, locked eyes with him and said "Long live the king" before pushing him back into his slippery demise. He fell backwards and slid down the contraption to the giant pool far behind.
"Are you okay, Bobby?" Someone from the crew shouted when the asian splashed into water. He stuck his hands outta water, giving them thumbs up.

"Yeah, (Y/n) won, everybody." Marvin said with no excitement and noted down the points. Bobby popped out of the water like a mermaid and rubbed his eyes. You were about to go down to check on him but then he looked up at you, staring daggers at your soul.
"Better be ready for round 2, (Y/n)." He tried sounding demanding, but he couldn't be mad. You found a stable ground to take a quick rest and rubbed your hands.
"It's on, Bobby."

The second round was definitely more intense. This time you were the one who didn't catch up to the game speed and your team was pushed back into the pool. You were at the very top, when Bryan pushed you down. You saw Bobby's hand fly in front of your face before you fell from the contraption. A long fall under water made you get little disoriented.

You were about to start panicking as you couldn't figure out much underwater, but then you felt something wrap around your waist and pull you out of the water.
"There, I've got you. It's okay." Someone said as you gasped for air. It was Bobby. He held you like in a dance dip and brushed your hair away from your face. Time froze as you locked eyes with him and his strong hand held you by your back.

"Are you alright?"
"You almost hit me in the face."
"I'm afraid I actually did. You have a bruise forming right there-"
"Ow! Well then don't touch it."
"Sorry, (Y/n)..."
"You can also put me back on my feet." He then realized what position you were in. A freakin' dip in the water! I mean, you had no complains, but you didn't want Bryan to kill Bobby, so you had to keep it under.

"I'll go get some ice." You jumped outta pool and after drying up, you made your way to the kitchen. "Bobby better still be alive when I get back." You point out to Bryan, whose eyes stared daggers at Bobby. After you left, the two had some man-to-man conversation.

"Bro, that's my sister!"
"I know, dude." said Bobby as he got out of the pool. "Are you okay with this?"
"No... yes." Bryan hesitated. "I just need to make sure someone will take good care of her. She's been through some tough relationship and I vowed to never let her be hurt again."
"I'm sorry, I didn't know she's been mistreated like that. I can step into the shadows if-"
"You need to treat my sister like a princess if you wanna date her. And better not break her heart! But for now, I need you to give her space." Bryan stated as Bobby's eyes filled with hope.
"Can I go see her?"
"Just remember what I told you." Bryan rolled his eyes and let Bobby pass.

You were still in the kitchen, pressing ice against your forehead when you heard the door open.
"Hey, are you ok?" said Bobby as he sat next to you and turned to face you.
"Yeah, it's just a bruise."
"Let me see." He cupped your cheek and examined the injury. His face was so close. You couldn't hold it in any longer... and you pecked his lower lip, planting a small kiss on it. Bobby froze. He leaned back and looked down at you.

"(Y/n).... you.."
"I might've developed a tiny crush on you."
"Likewise." Bobby replies looking down, not sure if he was about to smile like a goof or tear up. "Should we do this?"
"Why not?"
"Bryan told me about your ex affair, so I'm going to give you space until you heal from the heartbreak, is that okay?"
"You sound just like my brother." you chuckled and pulled him in for one more kiss. Delicate one, but was it lovely? OH MY GOD YAS.

"BOBBYYYYYYY!" You both turned in horror and saw Bryan, standing behind the kitchen window, arms crossed, nervously tapping his foot on the ground. You knew you had to get out of this room at some point...
"This is where I die." Bobby sighed.
"Good luck dude." you chuckled as your eyes walked him out of the safe kitchen.
