Okay so PERSONALITY SWAP!

So basically Lance is Keith and Keith is Lance but at the same time they're themselves.

Lance:

-Same backstory

-He wants to make his family proud and decides to enroll in the Galaxy Garrison (His family are proud of him but Lance wants them to be prouder)

-Hunk and Lance are still best friends

-He is the best at everything at the Garrison

-Then Keith, a seemingly inexperienced boy who is friendly and at times flirty but tends to hang by himself, waltzes in and takes Lance spot

-Lance is angry and tries harder to be better but he's still second

-Lance doesn't start a rivalry but dislikes Keith immensely

-Keith doesn't pay attention to him

-He is also annoyed that Keith seems not to care that he's first

-So basically instead of Space Sokka Lance is Cuban Space Rin Matsouka with short hair

-Keith is put into fighter class but the whole Kerberos mission happens and Keith drops out

-Lance is thrilled but forgets why he flies and so can't get hang of it properly

-Same thing happens, simulation, Pidge sneaks out, they go after her

-Then Lance sees Keith and is angered so follows him

-Keith is rescuing Shiro and Lance starts taunting him when Keith suddenly bluntly says 'Who are you?"

-Which hurts Lance's pride

-Same thing

-The Allura scene could go as Lance being adorably awkward around her

Keith:

-Same backstory

-Keith is in love with Space

-Also Keith is younger than Lance because I am obsessed with his even though it isn't true

-Keith is naturally talented 

-But people always get surprised because he mostly just makes jokes

-Keith doesn't get expelled but drops out

Feel free to ask me more about this AU and ask me to do an episode in this way. Also give me a suggestion to which character this Keith is. Like the real one is Nico di Angelo but I can't find a character for this Keith. If you want I could do Klance H/Cs about this.
