Troy's POV
I kicked off my shoes and sat on the couch.
"Troy do you want to watch a movie and eat popcorn?" Sky said, as she got on her knees and opened up the movie cabinet.
"Yeah sure, what movie?"I asked.
"Little Rascals." she said happily.
"Oh my God, that movies hilarious!" I chuckled.
"Yeah I know." She giggled.
Sky put the movie in then walked into the kitchen and pulled out a popcorn bag to put it in the microwave.
"Wait! Wait!" Sky yelled.
She grabbed the popcorn out of the microwave and ran towards the couch with the bag of popcorn in her hand and plopping herself right next to me. I grabbed the remote and pushed play on the movie while she opened the bag of popcorn and set it between us. Sky scooted close to me and let her head rest on my chest like she use to do when we were little.
we laughed and laughed at the stupid things the little kids did and at the fact that the little boys had a women haters club because thought girls were icky. Typical little kids.
I looked down at my sister who was fast asleep. I smiled and I paused the movie. I wrapped my arms around her fragile body and picked her up bridal style. She groaned as she felt she wasn't on the couch anymore and wrapped her arms around my neck then laid her head on my shoulder. I took her to her room and laid her down in her bed.
"Night Sky, sweet dreams." I whispered.
I walked out of sky's room and into the living room as my parents walked through the door.
"Hey hun, where's your sister?" My mom asked, greeting me with a hug and kiss on my cheek.
"She fell asleep. I just took her to her bed." I said.
"Oh okay, I was going to ask you if you can take Sky tomorrow to look for a job? Since none of the jobs she applied for have gotten back to her yet." My mom asked.
"Yeah I can do that." I said.
"Thank you!" She replied.
"No problem." I answered.
