Wisely x reader: You think I didn't know?

Today, you were enjoying a nice summer day with the Noah family, or at least a few members in particular (Tyki, Sheryl and Road), and eating popsicles with them.

Sheryl was the only one who didn't want one because he'd "rather watch" he said, which was a bit creepy but you accepted it anyway as did Road and Tyki.

The sun was hot and the only relief you had was the blue icy treat in your hands.

"Say, (y/n), have you seen Wisely around?" Tyki asked suddenly.

You thought about it and shook your head. "No actually, I saw him when we were buying food for his frog last night, but otherwise I haven't seen him today."

Sheryl grinned. "I've seen him. He was at a flower shop," he said.

Road giggled. "A flower shop? Why in the world would he be at a flower shop?"

"Oh we know why," Tyki purred. "He's got a big fat crush on (y/n)."

You rolled your eyes. "Pfft, I already knew that, he's been acting funny for awhile now," you answered casually.

The other three became intrigued from your reaction.

"You mean he knows that you know that he has a crush on you?" Sheryl puzzled out.

"Probably, I wouldn't doubt it," you replied.

"Oh? And how do you feel about him?" Road questioned.

You became shocked as you realized you'd never really thought of whether or not you liked Wisely. Which means...

"Yeah, I like him. I've just been waiting for him to make a move," you said.

In that moment you'd made your decision. Yes, you did indeed like the mind reader, but because he was probing your thoughts, you were always conscious of what you thought about and often forgot to consider certain things until you were away from him.

"So he knows you have a crush on him?" Tyki asked with an eyebrow raised.

You shrugged. "I don't think so, at least not yet."

You kept enjoying the popsicle within your grip while the other three Noah discussed amongst themselves about the situation when Wisely came running up with a huge bouquet.

"I'm back!" He called, and then his gaze turned to you and he bowed while holding the flowers out to you, panting and probably out of breath from running. "Here you are."

You took them and smiled and he got up, pulled you into a bear hug and spun you around. "I'm overjoyed! You've never thought about me that way (y/n)! Are you serious?"

You realized he'd read your current thoughts about him and you blushed with a little grin. "Yeah, I'm serious. Are you?"

"I would not have brought you flowers today if I hadn't of been." He eyed you for a moment, before he mumbled a quick "hold on, you got a little something there..." And suddenly, he licked your lips, stuck his tongue out at you with a bright blush and laughed.

"What was that for?!" You exclaimed.

"You had a bit of leftover popsicle there, so I took care of it for you."

Tyki, Road and Sheryl were all laughing amongst one another, Sheryl even admitting a quick "he probably picked that up from Tyki" before Wisely grabbed your hand in his. 

"Why don't we get out of this heat and spend some time together?" Wisely asked.

You nodded, a small smile forming on your lips. "Just don't pull anything like that again," you answered.

"No promises~"
