You'd decided to bring a stranger into your home. Normally, you'd never do anything of the sort, since you knew it was an awful idea to do such a thing, but this man was injured and seemed quite helpless when you found him.

At the moment, he was laying on a couch in your living room, groaning about his stomach that had been gouged somehow and you were retrieving bandages for him so that he could stop whining.

"What's your name?" You asked as you entered the room.

"Gah, it's... Tyki," he managed.

"How did this happen?" You questioned, pointing at his wounds.

He smiled. "That's my secret... To keep dear," he answered with some strain.

"Well I'm not going to help you if you don't tell me."

"Cruel... Ugh, fine, I got jumped... B-by barbarians. Does that do it for you?"

You shrugged. "I don't know, you tell me."

"I could bleed out on your couch... And you're sitting here joking with me?"

You chuckled and began tugging at his shirt. "I gotta address the wound, so would you mind helping me take this off?" You asked.

An even eviler smile tugged at his lips. "My my, you sure are straight forward.O-of course~" With a surprising swiftness, he pulled his shirt off and revealed his supple umber skin. He wasn't built like a bodybuilder, but he was certainly toned for his lithe frame.

His hands were grasping at his stomach, crimson spilling out into them from what appeared to be a stab wound.

"Move your hands, once I apply these bandages, the pressure should help stop the bleeding," you ordered.

He obeyed with a small grin and watched you examine the wound for a few moments before beginning to wrap the roll of bandages around his midsection.

"Thank you... Hmm, you never told me your name sweet one," Tyki said.

"It's ______," you answered unconsciously. You were too focused on wrapping him up to focus on the conversation. You hadn't even noticed he'd called you sweet one, and he seemed to smile and jump on this opportunity.

"You're very beautiful, you know that?"

"Mmhm."

"I've never met anyone as kind as you. I could reward that kindness~"

"Yep."

Tyki let out a little laugh. This was fun to him and he was ready to bring it up a notch. "You have soft lips, I can tell. But they seem lonely."

"Sure." You were almost done with his wrapping and had not heard a single word he'd said.

"Can I kiss you?"

You nodded silently, but found yourself super surprised when Tyki suddenly pressed his lips against yours. Instinctively, you pushed him away. "Agh! What are you doing?!"

Tyki started laughing, but quickly stopped due to how tight the binding was and the pain from his wound. "You just said I could kiss you."

"No I didn't!"

Tyki shook his head. "Naughty, you weren't listening to anything I was saying, were you?"

"Don't say that! I was just... Paying more attention to your wound is all. Don't do that ever again."

Tyki laid back onto the couch. "I don't think I'll have the chance again. Thank you _____ for fixing me up. I'll be gone by tomorrow."

You shrugged. "Whatever. It's fine Tyki. It's late and I'd like to go to bed, so I think I'll bring you some blankets and hit the sack."

He didn't respond except with a muffled grunt before you gave him blankets and went to bed.

That night, the only thing you could think about was Tyki. What a handsome stranger, you thought to yourself. His lips felt so nice against mine.

You had dreams about him that night too, somehow, he had begun to take over your every thought since that kiss. When you woke up in the morning, you hopped out of bed to see if he was still there, but he was gone. The handsome stranger had vanished without a trace.

It was fair to say he took your heart with him.
