Chapter Ten

When we got to the forest I had to wake up Alli. I really didn't want to, she looks so cute and peaceful when she's asleep.

"Alli. Babe. C'mon. Ya gotta wake up" I shook her lightly.

"I don't wanna!" she pouted with her eyes closed just like a little kid.

"But we're at the special place baby" her eyes opened slowly.

"Reallyyyyy?" she said sarcastically.

"All I see is a bunch of trees"

"Well we gotta walk a little ways" I said. She groaned.

"Fine, get on my back" I said.

"YAYYYYY!" She jumped onto my back.

"Ooookay." I said closing the door and getting the picnic and guitar outta the car. I started the half mile walk. It's a series of what I like to call "shortcuts". Really they're just places that aren't on the trail since we aren't supposed to go there. But it's sooo pretty and I just came across one day when my curiosity got the best of me. It's the only private place that I can go to anymore. The only place where I'm not bombarded by paparazzi or Lovatics. Alli was gawking at all the wildlife around us, I don't think she's ever been in a forest before. She'll love the place I'm taking her. We got there and I felt her jaw drop.

ALLI POV

Demi took me to a hidden place in a forest and oh my god it was stunning.

"Demi... it's so beautiful" I said while looking around. I looked at her and she was putting a blanket on the ground.

"Just like you" she said while looking up at me. She smiled. I looked around taking it all in. There was tons of shade due to all the tall trees, and a natural running waterfall pouring into a small lake. We were completely isolated, it was amazing. All of a sudden Demi tackled me to the ground onto the blanket. There was a bunch of food set up and she had her guitar out.

"I thought since we were coming here we might as well make it our first date" she said while smiling shyly. She picked up her guitar and started playing for me.

DEMI POV
