Jerika, the full story

something important

I finished checking my E-mail and decided to go for a run, just to clear my head. I haven't gone om a run for a while so I decided to start slow. I was running trough a park and I had headphones on. I ran out of the park and had to cross a road. My mind was full of toughts and I wasn't paying attention and just crossed the  road without looking. A car almost hit me and honked at me. I just kept running, still not paying attention. Somebody on a bike almost ran me over and I still didn't pay attention. I was getting closer to the main road that led to my house when I felt somebody bump into me, I fell on the ground.

?: I'm so sorry! Are you okay?

I looked up

E: Jake?!
J: Erika?!
E: what are you doing here?
J: I could ask you the same.
E: I was going on a run
J: I was getting a new suitcase, remember?
E: oh yeah, I remember
J: so, are you okay?
E: yeah I'm fine
J: okay let's go home

He grabbed my hand and pulled me up. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and I smiled at him. I grabbed his hand, and we walked home.
We were walking when all of a sudden I notice he wasn't carrying a suitcase.

E: hey Jake, you were shopping for a suitcase, weren't you?
J: yes that's right
E: so.. where is your suitcase?
J: ohw uhm... I couldn't find one
E: oh that's weird
J: yeah I know right, probably because it's holliday season.
E: yeah probably

The conversation ended and we arrived home.

E: let's watch a movie
J:yeah
E: what movie?
J: as long as I get to cuddle you I'm fine
E: well, what about... The Titanic!
J: I've actually never seen that one.
E: what?! Have you never seen the titanic? You are crazy! Let's go.

Jake laughed

E: why are you laughing?*giggeling*
J: You are such a goof ball, and I love it!

He grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him,

J:let's go!

We walked into my room and laid in the bed. I crawled to Jake. He put on the movie and cuddled me. The movie just started when Jake pulled out his phone. He kept pulling his phone out, checked it and put it away again.

E: why do you keep taking you phone out?
J: I'm waiting for important news.
E: ohw okay.

He pulled his phone out again and his eyes lit up. He paused the movie.

E: Hey! I was watching
J: It can wait, I have something important to tell you!
