mad

I woke up by Levi jumping on me. Kane was allready awake and was jumping on Jake. Jake woke up and chased them around the room. Levi and Kane were both screaming of laughter.

E: okay boys! Time for breakfst.
J: wait! Let's wake chance and Anthony up first!
L: yeah!
E: okay, I'm gonna take a shower.

Jake, Kane and Levi left and I jumped in the shower. Fifteen minutes later I was done showering and I made my way downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and saw Jake make eggwhites and spinace for me and himself and pancakes for Levi and Kane, while Levi and Kane were watchig TV in the livingroom.

E: hey babe...

He turned around and wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forhead. He backed of and continued making breakfast.

J: I'm making breakfast.
E: that's so sweet. I love you.

I sat down on the kitchencounter.

E: hey Jake...

He turned around.

J: yeah?
E: who is supposed to organise the funeral for Anna and Dennis?
J: Uhhmm.. I don't know..
E: do you think we are supposed to do it?
J: maby... I mean , they have no family or something..why don't we go to their house today and ask their neighbours if they had any close friends..
E: yeah, let's do that...

I started tearing up, the whole situation was just so sad for Levi and Kane. Jake saw me tear up and picked my up from the kitchen counter. I wrapped my legs around his torso and planted my head in the crook of his neck.

J: *whispering* It's gonna be okay... don't cry..
E: *sobbing* I just don't know if I can handle this...
J:*whispering* I'm sure WE can handle this.

Jake sat me down again, and after I stopped crying he called the boys for breakfast.
We all ate breakfast and Kane seemed a little off. He was clearly upset. Levi wasn't really old enough to understand what was happening, he was just very happy he could stay with us.

E: so today we are going to a shoot.
K: okay...
J: are you okay Kane?
K: I guess..
E: I know it's hard... let's just try to have some fun, to get your mind of things.
K: *shouting* what do you mean?! You know it's hard?! How are you supposed to know?!

He stood up and ran upstairs. Jake stood up and wanted to follow him

E: wait! We should leave him alone for a while..
J: okay...

Jake sat back down. Levi was still enjoying his pancakes, it didn't seem to bother him that Kane got mad.

E: hey Levi, does Kane get mad sometimes?
L: yeah! He was mad evewy day to mommy and daddy.
E: really?
L: yep!

He continued eating his pancakes.
*after a view minutes*
J: I think one of us should go talk to him.
E: I'll go

I walked upstairs. I heard Kane talk in our room. I carefully opened the door. Kane was sitting on the bed with Jack.

K: Erika doesn't understand.
Jk: I'm sure she does.
K: why would she understand me? My parents just died and she is talking about having fun.
Jk: you know, our mom died when Erika was around your age. The only thing she did was sitting in her room,not talking to anyone. After a few weeks she still didn't talk so I took her to do some fun stuf, she didn't want to at first but it really helped her.
K: owh... I didn't know that... I should go say sorry to her.

I walked in.

E: you don't have to say sorry, everyone is different and everyone handles things different.
K: yeah.. but you were just trying to help.. I'm sorry.
E: no problem.

Kane stood up and hugged me.

K: thank you for helping me and Levi..
E: no problem buddy..

Jack stood up.

Jk: I have to go, me and Nathan are leaving to New York to do some buisness.
E: have fun brother!

Jack walked out and me and Kane went downstairs.

E: if you don't want to come with us to the shoot you can stay here, its okay.
K: No! I wanna come with you guys!
E: sure?
K: 100%
E: cool!

Jake and I got dressed while Anthony and Tesse played with Kane and Levi.

E: hey Jake...
J: yeah babe?
E: What is gonna happen with Kane and Levi?
J: I don't know...
