Every step he took towards his car, he felt his heart breaking piece by piece.

The pain that he was feeling was unexplainable and unbearable, he didn't wish this heartache on his worst enemy.

Seven months..been together for seven whole months and she goes out and cheat.

He shook his head and continued to pace the ground.

There were so many emotions running through him. Anger, sadness, confusion, embarrassment. They were all hitting him at once, like a ton of bricks.

He wanted to ask the questions: why, when, where & how many times but he was afraid to ask because he didn't know how he would react.

Finally after pacing for about thirty minutes he opened his car door, sat in his car and picked up his phone calling his brother.

"Hello."

"Where bout you at?"

"About to pull up to ma dukes house, what you need fam?"

"I need you to come pick me up from Simone's?"

"You at her parent's house?"

"Nah the apartment."

"What you mean you need me to pick you up and what's wrong with your car that you can't drive?"

"Look man I don't need you asking questions, are you coming or what?"

"Yeah I'll be there. Just let me get something from the house and I'll be there in twenty."

"Aight."

Once the call ended, Woody was staring at his wallpaper- which was a picture collage of him & Simone. He looked at the screen shaking his head and sighed.

He locked his phone, putting it into his pocket and then he went into his glove compartment getting a small, black velvet box out.

He held it in his hand and shook his head while taking a deep breath. Before he could say his thoughts out loud he heard Jayceon's truck pulling up.

Next Day
"Woody...Woody!"

Simone got up off the couch looking in the bedroom and bathroom hoping that she would find her boyfriend in one of the rooms and praying that what happened last night was all a dream but when she went into both of the rooms and didn't find him anywhere she knew that it wasn't a dream.

Simone sighed and sat on the bed against the headboard and clutched Woody's pillow. She wanted so badly for all of this to be a dream, but unfortunately it wasn't.

"So Ryan is a girl?"

"Yeah why you want to-"

"That's who y'all was talking about? You slept with girl?"

"Did you f*ck him?"

"Woody hear me out, please."

"There's nothing to hear Simone. Move."
