Bellamy woke up when the nurses made their rounds, checking on Clarke's vitals. He stretched, smiling kindly at Sandy.

"Bellamy!" Clarke's scream scared him. She shot up in bed, her hand going to her heart.

"Clarke?" He hurried to her side, grabbing her face. "Clarke, I'm right here. What's wrong?"

He heard Sandy calling down the hallway.

"I just, I just had the worst nightmare," she sobbed. Abby and Kane burst into the room. "I dreamed you got shot," Clarke panted.

Bellamy continued to rub her cheek, looking up at her mother. She shrugged at him, encouraging him to just be honest.

"I did get shot, Clarke," he told her gently.

"What? How?" She demanded.

"I went in a hunting trip. With John and his dad, back in November," he told her.

"You were here," she said, shaking her head. "You were cut open," she cried.

Bellamy sat next to her, wrapping his arms around her. "Your mom saved my life," he told her, nodding to Abby.

"I keep seeing you on that cold table," she sniffled. "I can't believe I'm experiencing this twice."

Abby rubbed her shoulder. "Do you remember what I told you, though? I promised you he wouldn't leave you, Clarke."

Clarke faced her mother's green eyes. "Thank you for saving him," she sniffled, again.

Dr. Pierce entered the room, looking everyone over. "How are we this morning?"

"She woke up in a panic, because she remembered something. She thought it was just a nightmare," Bellamy told the man.

"Something jolting, I imagine?" The man asked.

"Bellamy got shot," Clarke told him. "I saw so much, I was sure it was just a horrible nightmare. Turns out, no. It was a very vivid memory."

"Well, the fact that you remembered is a good thing, even though it wasn't a good memory. It was a very strong memory, but it's a good sign." He looked through her medical chart. "Your brain is healthy, Miss Griffin. Your body is healing, almost completely healed."

Clarke got excited. "Wait, can I go home now?"

"Not today," he told her, deflating her. "But soon. I still want to monitor you for a couple more days."

"And I'd like to remove that cast today," Dr. Kane said. "Your xray is perfect. The here are will remain in your clavicle, though. Over all, once we remove your cast, I will be signing off for you to go home."

"But, she just woke up," Abby interjected.

"According to everything I've seen, she's going to be fine," Dr. Pierce assured her. "Five more days, a new set of scans on Sunday, and if I like what I see still, you get the boot," he smiled kindly at Clarke.

"Thank you!" She cheered.

Hours later, Clarke had her cast removed, she got dressed in her mother's spare scrubs, walked around with Bellamy, and was now waiting for Aurora, Raven, and John to come see her.

"Did I have stitches in my face or anything? Do I have a scar?" She asked.

Bellamy kissed her cheek. "No. You had really bad bruising and one small cut. But, it all healed up."

"I need to see the mirror," she told him.

Bellamy just nodded. He hooked his arm in hers and led her to the bathroom.

"Oh, god," she groaned. "I look horrifying! I look like a zombie!"

Bellamy chuckled. "No, you do not! You are beautiful."

She batted that away. "You're my fiancè, you have to say that. Ugh, my hair is stringy. Has everyone seen me like this?"

Bellamy nodded. "Yeah, for two months."

She sighed, pulling down the top to look at her collar. She rubbed the raised scar. "What else did I break?"

Bellamy gripped her chin, gently. "You broke a few ribs, but they healed."

"No more surgeries?"

"You had a really, really deep gash on your stomach," he told her.

She pulled back from his hand, raising her shirt. She gasped, running her line across the jagged scar. "Fuck."

"Hey, we both have scars now," he smiled, trying to ease her. He pulled his shirt over his head and revealed his scar. "See?"

She ran a cold hand over it. She forced a smile. "We kind of match, huh?"

Bellamy hugged her to his bare chest, rubbing her back. "Do you want to shower before you see everyone?"

"Can I? That would be so nice."

Bellamy checked with a nurse first, and got approval. He helped her take her clothes off and got the water hot. He handed her a rag and the soap, along with the shampoo.

"If we weren't in the hospital, I'd have you join me," she winked at him.

He blushed, embarrassed that he blushed. They'd showered together before!

He stood right beside the curtain until she was finished. He handed her towels and helped her get dressed again. He could hear Raven and John in the room, so he kissed her, quickly. He sighed, forcing himself to pull away.

"Okay, let's go see them," he smiled.
