"Okay, where do you want to go?" Raven asked.
"What do you mean?" Clarke asked.
"Clarke, come on. I know Bellamy has been avoiding talking about the actual accident. I know he gave us very specific instructions not to drive anywhere near the train tracks or the car lot," Raven said. "I am your best friend. So, where do you want to go? We've still got two hours of daylight."
Clarke nodded, taking a deep, shaky breath. "I want to see my car. I asked Bellamy, but I didn't think. He had to see it at the scene. He had to see me being lifted from it. I never should have asked him, I just needed to see it. He let me read the article online."
Raven turned around, heading back to the back side of town. She drove carefully, turning into the lot. A short, angry looking man came to their car. Raven rolled her window down.
"Y'all picking up something?" He asked.
"We would like to see a car," Raven told him. "A red Chevy. It was in a wreck."
"It's not much to see," he said. "Go on up and park. It's to the left."
Raven rolled her window back up, driving forward and parking next to a big truck. "Do you want me to come?" She asked.
Clarke unbuckled, her hands shaking already. "It's okay," Clarke told her.
She got out of Raven's car, making her way through the parked cars. She walked for a second, and then she saw it. Her car was destroyed.
It looked much worse in person than it did in the article online. Clarke circled the car, almost afraid to touch it. The entire passenger side was crushed, pushed into the driver's side.
She circled around to the driver's side. The door was missing, mist likely the firefighters had removed it to get her out. She looked inside, seeing the blood in her seat.
She felt her tears running down her cheeks, trying to wipe them away, but they kept falling. She leaned inside, looking inside. She saw her door in the backseat, something caught her eye. She put her knee on the seat, reaching into the back.
She pulled the ripped piece of lace from the broken door, gripping it tightly. She sobbed, clutching the lace. She had everything she had wanted with Bellamy. She just had to ruin it.
Now, she wondered if she would ever have that opportunity. Bellamy hadn't brought up getting married again, and she couldn't blame him. What if the world tried to kill her again?
Clarke wiped her face off, still sniffling. She tucked the piece of lace into her pocket and got back in Raven's car.
"Thank you," she smiled, weakly.
Raven just nodded, driving the long way back so that Clarke could calm down and try not to look like she had been crying.
"Welcome back," Bellamy smiled as Clarke and Raven walked into her bedroom. They were both staring at her tv screen, the sounds of shooting very loud.
"I see you guys have taken over my PlayStation," Clarke joked.
"A little," John shrugged. "How was your drive?"
"Good," Raven said. "I got my tampons and Midol."
"Uh, that's good," John replied, visibly uncomfortable.
Clarke smiled as Raven winked quickly. They sat at Clarke's desk as the boys continued their video game. They painted each other's nails and talked about Kyle.
"Have you hit it yet?" Clarke asked.
Raven's eyes were huge as she stared at Clarke, then, she threw her head back, laughing loudly. "You are so fucking blunt," she laughed. "But," she leaned in. "Holy shit," she told Clarke, her voice low. "Literally mind blowing."
Clarke wiggled her eyebrows. "You go, girl," she chuckled.
"What about you guys?" Raven whispered. "Is he too worried?"
"I defintely think he is, especially because of my collar bone," Clarke whispered back. "But, we drove up to the cabin we stayed in after he got shot and oh, my, fucking, god!" Clarke shared. "I remember our first time, obviously I mean it was years ago. The last year though, when I get super turned on I can think of flashes, but up there in that cabin, I swear I almost died," Clarke chuckled. "He was scared to go rough but he got me off a million times!"
"Well, how is your shoulder?" Raven wondered.
"It doesn't bother me much at all, just if I move my shoulders way too much. Like, he's not going to be tying me to bed posts anytime soon but we could defintely be allowing me to do my part."
"When's your mom coming home?"
"Uh, late. She's got two eight hour surgeries," Clarke answered, confused.
"Well," Raven cleared her throat. "Hey, John!" She called. "Come on, we've got to head out. Kyle wants to have breakfast tomorrow so I need to shower."
Clarke bit her lip, holding back her grin. She hugged John and Raven both, promising to spend more time with them very soon.
Clarke and Bellamy showered together, pulling on pajamas and sliding into bed. Clarke chewed her lip nervously as she waited for Bellamy's breathing to even out.
An hour later, she was sure he was sleeping soundly. Pulling the covers down their bodies, she slid her hand in the hole of his pajama pants and boxers.
Bellamy shot up as she slid his length into her mouth. "Clarke?" He moaned. "What?"
Clarke didn't answer, bobbing her head instead. Bellamy collapsed back on the bed, his fists gripping the sheets. With a new found pride, she continued.
