Chia-jung POV
(picture is of Chia-jung in the southern water tribe)

"This is amazing." I mumbled out as I stuffed my face with the food placed on my plate. "What is it?"

"Oh its a dish my mother use to make me and my older brother Bumi." She looked up at me and laughed. "Their sea prunes."

"They are the best I've ever had." I said immediately before I shoved more onto my mouth.

"You just..."

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and she went to answer it.

"Sorry to bother you this late in the evening, but ere are some urgent matters that we need you for. Since your mother isn't here." A man was blocked by the door so I couldn't see him.

"Sure I'll be right there. Chia-jung I have to go will you be fine here? I shouldn't be gone too long." She looked concerned as she looked over at me.

"I will be fine duty calls. I'm gonna finish eating." I looked down and I heard the door close.

After a few more minutes I finished eating and stood up. I began to look around the house a bit where I saw a family picture. There were three kids (one of which were a baby) and there was a man and woman. Both of them had a bit a familiar traits to Kya, but Kya looked more like the woman than the man.

I eventually decided they were her parents.

I was going to look around more but I realized it probably wasn't polite to snoop around her house, especially since she was nice enough to take me in.

I decided to go out for a bit and get a better idea of the lay out of the village. It was so calm outside, but it was also a bit unsettling. I walked around until I found my way onto a giant snow mound over looking the whole landscape, I could even see the ocean.

I sat down and watched the waves move chunks of ice around.

"What are you doing here?" I turned and was met face to face with the lovely polar bear dog, Naga, I met earlier today. I looked next to her to see her owner Korra.

"Just looking around." I said as I looked back.

"This is a great place to do that. As you can tell you can see everything from up here." She sat down next to me and Naga laid down behind us. It didn't take long for Korra to lean against Naga. "Most people don't come up here because its actually very unstable. If you shift your weight to the wrong spot you'll fall right into the ice cavern or right down to the bottom. Well unless you are a water bender." She looked over to me.

"I didn't know that." I realized I was starring at her and quickly looked back to the scenery.

"People say only the brave or the stupid come up here." She sighed and leaned back.

"Which one am I?" I couldn't help but ask.

"I couldn't tell you. Maybe after a year I could."

"Only after a war can one tell if they are truly brave or stupid." We turned to see and older man standing behind us. "This place is called the warriors peak. Thousands of warriors have come up here to find out of they are brave or not."

"I never heard about that." Korra sat up and turned to face him.

"Young Avatar there are many stories you haven't heard. This is one you shall not know all of until you have fought your battles." He bowed his head in respect to her. "You should head home your parents are looking for you."

Korra nodded her head and mounted Naga before she quickly rode off.

"What brought you to this place?" He stood next to me.

"I don't know. I was just walking and ended up here."

"One doesn't just come here on their own. They feel its pull, but in Young Korra's case she followed a man up here." He looked back. "In my case I come back every year this time."

"But why? What does this place have to do with warriors?" I asked as I stood up and faced him.

"You are the girl Kya took in right?" He didn't even gibe me time to answer. "She said you don't remember anything. Once you have your memories you will know why this place lead you here and you will understand. Now run along I have something important to do."

I bowed to him like he had Korra. It was different than how I bowed to Kya that first time but it also felt more natural. After I straightened myself up I turned around and walked down the huge mound.

"So are you hungry?" I looked over to see Korra on Naga holding her hand out to me.

"I already ate."

"Ok well do you want to hang out?" She kept her hand out to me. "I know you aren't very acquainted with everything yet and I could help you out a bit."

"Are you sure you don't mind?"

"My arm is getting tired so if you want to come grab it while its still awake." I did as she said and she pulled me up onto Naga. "You may want to hold onto something. Let's go girl." After she spoke Naga quickly took off and I suddenly wrapped my arms around Korra's torso and held on for dear life.

At first I was scared until I felt the familiar feeling of wind flowing through my hair and I looked up to see snow flying past us as we rushed off to where ever korra had in mind.

We eventually stopped at a hut where korra hopped off Naga and helped me down. "Do you want to come in I won't force you to eat anything." She walked up to the door and opened it where a wind of wonderful smells exited. "Although you would be missing quite a bit."

I shrugged my shoulders and entered the hut. I guess I'll eat if there are sea prunes.
