"Nino! Wait!" yelled Adrien, calling after his best friend.
Nino was running home, trying to escape the burden of taking to Adrien, so Adrien was running after him to try and catch up to him.
Nino picked up the pace and Adrien went faster too. Nino ran and when he got to his house, he shut the door and locked it.
"Nino, let me in please!" begged Adrien, continuously banging on the door.
"Sorry, Nino isn't here," said Nino doing an impression of his mum.
"Fine," he sighed. Adrien knee full well that Nino was using his mother voice to avoid talking to Adrien, but Adrien knew it was no use. He walked away and decided to look for Marinette and Alya instead."Red alert! Adrien is out to get me," warned Nino. He was on the phone to Alya who put it on loudspeaker so Marinette could hear.
"Us you mean?" corrected Alya. Marinette was looking down at the floor in a sad mood as they began walking to the bakery across the street.
"No me! He knows I will always forgive him for mistakes!" cried Nino.
"Well that is bad!" said Alya with a chuckle."Alya, Marinette wait up!" cried Adrien as he turned a corner and spotted them.
"Gotta dash Nino," said Alya quickly as she hung up. Alya grabbed hold of Marinette's hand and dragged her inside of the bakery. Alya locked the door.Marinette turned the sign to closed.
"Darling, why did you do that?" asked Tom.
"Oh you guys need the day off. Take tomorrow and the rest of the day off," said Marinette with a smile as she came back to reality for a few moments.
"Good idea! We've been working so hard I think we deserve it," agreed Sabine and went upstairs.Adrien reached the bakery door and saw Marinette disappear upstairs.
"Oh man, what have I done?" sighed Adrien.
"Kid, you brought this upon yourself. You know no one likes Chloe and you dated her which risked your friendship with them," explained Plagg.
"Since when did you become wise?" asked Adrien.
"I'm starting to know how they feel," mumble Plagg as he went back into Adrien's pocket."That was a close one!" sighed Alya, as the two girls sat down on the floor.
Beep! Beep!
"Maybe it's Nino?" asked Marinette, shrugging her shoulders.Marinette answered it.
"Hello?" asked Marinette.
"Hello. Is this my employee, Marinette?" asked Master Fu through the phone, putting on a voice.
"Um... yes. How can I help you... sir?" questioned Marinette slowly. She put it on loudspeaker for Alya to hear."You left something round my place when you were cleaning here last," informed Master Fu.
Marinette faked a gasp.
"Oh and! Um... a guy, what did you say your name was again? Right, a boy your age named Adren gave me a message to pass onto you," said Master Fu, acting.
"Why would Adrien go to you?" asked Alya, finally deciding to speak.
"He says he saw you here one day. He wants you to know he's sorry," sighed Master Fu.
"And why would he tell you to tell us when your just my boss for work and he doesn't work there?" asked Marinette."I already told you. And for that, the next time you clean, expect there to be more dirty plates for you to wash," laughed Master Fu. "And sort out your own problems. Do you have any idea how awkward it is when one of your friends comes to me to get to you?"
Marinette hung up.
"Nino catch any of that?" asked Marinette. Alya had called Nino when Master Fu rang them."Loud and clear," he sighed.
"Master Fu thinks Adrien deserves a second chance for whatever he did," said Wayzz.
"What do you think we should do?" asked Nino.
"See what happens," suggested Trixx.
"Yeah and hope for the best," encouraged Tikki."Fine," they all sighed.
Marinette called Adrien and put him on loudspeaker.
"Marinette, I'm sorry," apologised Adrien. She could hear the sounds of cars as he walked along the streets.
"I thought things would turn out great with me and Chloe but she went after a famous singer. If he dumps her, she'll go back to me and I'll know better for next time. I'm really sorry."
"Adrien... it's ok," sighed Marinette.
"We understand that you're all alone and you have no one to support you other than fans, but they're not the same. They're not your true friends," explained Nino through Alya's phone.
"I guess... we're sorry too," apologised Alya.
