Chapter 13

"Emmi!"

Ookami pulled her out of the tub and just stared at her. She started to cry. Then, one of her tears hit Emmi and Emmi instantly healed.

"O-ook-kam-mi?" Emmi stuttered.

"Emmi! You're ok! Why would you do such a thing?"

"I have to tell you the truth, I was sent on a mission to kill..."

"Kill who?" insisted Ookami.

"Zero...Zero Kiryu."

"What!"

"That's why I tried to drown myself, so I wouldnt have to."

"Emmi."

Ookami hugged her.

"Aren't you mad?" Emmi asked.

"Yeah I'm mad! You tried to kill yourself! I don't care if you have to kill Zero, I would die if my sister kill herself."

Emmi started to cry.

"I-I don't have to kill him. If I kill any Kiryu, I can be whole again."

Ookami pulled away from Emmi. "Zero doesn't have an other siblings." Emmi moved her gaze to the window. "Actually, Zero had a sister. She was sent to an insane asylum when they were little."

Then, there was a knock on the door. "Hey Emmi. It's me Tera. I have a message for you."

Ookami ran to the door, grabbed the note from Tera, and read it out loud. "Hey Emmi! This is a love letter!" Emmi ran all around the room trying to catch Ookami as she held the letter up in the air running.

"Kami! Give me the letter!"

"Nope! I think it's from Senri!"

"Ookami!"

Emmi pounced on Ookami and got the letter. Emmi read the note. She started smiling.

"Emmi, why are you smiling?"

"What?"

"What does the letter say?"

"Well..."

"Let's go somewhere more...um...private."

So they went to Ookami's favorite tree.

"The letter says...Emmi-

'Meet me at a special place.

A place where you can run a race.

If you want to see my face,

Meet me here between the track and space."

(Idk it's a little... weird)

Ookami smiled sweetly.

"Emmi!!! You're going on a date!!" Emmi blushed.

"N-no! Hahaha now I know how you feel about Zero."

Ookami jumped down the tree with Emmi right behind her.

"So do you have any idea where he wants to meet you?" Ookami asked.

"Um...no actually, I don't."

They wandered around for what seemed like hours.

"What if he thinks I stood him up?!"

"Emmi!" shouted Senri

"Later Emmi. Have fun, but not too much!" Ookami teased.

Emmi walked through the forest to a small race track.

"Oh 'track and space' so Senri should be here."

She turned around to see an unconscious Senri in the hands of man.

"Hey! What are you doing?"

The man smiled.

"Emmi Koumori. Or should I say Emmi Kamui. It's been a long time hasn't it?"

"Who are you?"

Suddenly, Emmi had a flashback.

"You sure that this girl is that stupid lawyers daughter?"

"Yeah. She's been in this forest for a year."

Two men threw Emmi into a trunk.

"Natsu Salamaki. Where's your partner?"

Natsu threw Senri on the ground.

"Emmi, Emmi, Emmi, we're all friends."

"Natsu! Leave me and my friends alone."

Emmi drew a katana from her pack.

"Emmi. I never thought it would come to this."

He pulled a gun out.
