Emmi woke up in the middle of the night. She couldn't go to sleep. Ookami was talking in her sleep.
"I wish I had ice cream."
(I don't know what Ookami would have said. 😣)
Emmi threw a pillow and it landed perfectly on top of her face. Emmi stood up from the bed and walked through house.
"I wonder where the others are."
She walked downstairs to ballroom.
"I wish someone was awake."
"But I am."
"Who's there?"
Emmi took her stance and drew her sword.
"You forgot me already." said Kolton, stepping out into the light.
"Why are you here?"
"For my beloved of course."
"And who is that?" Asked Emmi.
"Why would I tell you that?"
"Well Amaya isn't here."
"Whoever said anything about Amaya."
"It's not...?"
"You silly angel."
"Kolton, who are you talking about?!"
"Well, I better go."
She grabbed his arm and pulled him.
"Who are you talking about?"
Kolton shook himself loose.
"Doesn't matter. You'll soon find out."
With that, he disappeared.
"What the hell did he mean?"
Emmi walked around the room thinking of who Kolton meant.
"Was he talking about Ookami? Or Tera? If he's talking about me, I'm going to slice his throat. Maybe he's dating Sasori. I don't know."
"Emmi? What are you doing?"
Emmi turned around towards Senri.
"Senri, I haven't talked to you. So much is going on with Momoki and........."
Senri kissed her.
"Senri, are you alright?"
"Yah...I just haven't talked to you for a while"
"Okay. But I'm sorta busy right now. Could we talk tomorrow?"
"Of course."
Senri walked back to his room.
"Who was Kolton talking about?"
Emmi started pacing.
"Kolton, get your a** back here!"
Suddenly, Kolton was back in front if her.
"H-how did you do that?!"
"Kolton?"
"How did you do that?!"
"I don't know. But since you're here you will answer my question. Who were you talking about?"
"I don't have to tell you."
"Emmi, who are you talking to?" Said Ookami.
"I'm talking to Kolton."
Emmi turned around and Kolton was gone.
"Coward." Emmi said under her breath.
Emmi grabbed Ookami's hands.
"Em, are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine. Let's go back to the room."
They walked up the stairs but Ookami stopped at the doorway.
"What is it Kami?"
"Did you throw a pillow at me earlier?"
"N-no!!!"
Emmi ran into the room and jumped into her bed.
"G-good night."
Ookami laughed and got into the bed with Haruki. Emmi laid down but he couldn't stop thinking about what Kolton said.
"For my beloved of course."
When Ookami woke up, everyone was still asleep.
She decided to wander the house.
