"Why are you here anyway Kisa?"

"Emmi! I'm here to help you."

"Like I believe that. Why are you really here?"

"I'm here to help!!!!!"

Emmi stood up.

"Well since you're here. I guess I'll be nice and invite you to my birthday breakfast."

Kisa shook her head and disappeared. Emmi shrugged and turned to Kolton.

"It's nice to see you Kolton. I really mean that."

She smiled and grabbed Kolton and Ookami's arm.

"What are we having?"

"PANCAKES!!!" Screamed both the girls.

"Figures." Kolton rolled his eyes.

"Do I smell pancakes?" Said Zero when he walked in.

"I'm starving." Said Senri.

"Morning." Said Zero. He sat next to Ookami.

"It's Emmi's birthday" whispered Ookami.

"Well happy birthday." Said Senri. He kissed Emmi.

Kolton looked down.

"You okay?" Ookami put her arm around Kolton's shoulders.

"I-I miss Amaya." He sniffled.

"Aww." Ookami hugged him.

"Ookami..."

But it was too late. Kolton bit her.

"Ugh."

Zero and Senri pulled Kolton off of her.

"K-Kolton..."

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I..."

Kolton ran out of the house.

"Kolton!"

Emmi ran out of the house after him.

"Kolton!! Come back!!"

Emmi finally caught up to him and grabbed his shoulder.

"What the hell?! Why did you do that?"

Kolton looked away.

"What have I told you about looking away when I talk!!"

"It doesn't matter. I just bit my friend."

Emmi sighed.

"Knowing Ookami, she's probably right......here."

Emmi turned around to see Ookami right behind them.

"Kolton! Why did you run?"

"I-I bit you."

"I don't care!" Ookami walked over to him and hugged him.

"I care about you too much to just let you run away."

"You...what?"

"She said she cares Kolton. Just shut up and get back to the house. Our pancakes are getting cold." Emmi smiled with the last sentence.

They walked back.

"Ookami!" Zero ran to her.

"I'm fine Zero."

Emmi smiled and sat down.

"Anyone seen Haruki or Momoki?"

Momoki came down the stairs wiping her eyes.

"*yawn* Here I am."

Emmi stood up and walked to the kitchen.

"Mizuki? Have you seen Haruki?"

"He's upstairs asleep. He probably won't wake up until noon."

Emmi laughed.

Ookami walked into the kitchen.

"Emmi!! Come on!!"

"What?!?"

Ookami smiled.

"You're gonna miss the surprise."

"What..."

Ookami dragged Emmi outside.

"Close your eyes."

Emmi closed her eyes.

She opened her eyes. Then she saw the most beautiful thing she had ever seen.

"Happy birthday!" Yelled everyone.

It was a sword. The sharpest, brightest, shiniest sword she'd ever seen.

"Oh my god!"

Emmi grabbed the sword.

"This is so cool!!!!!!!!!"

Emmi was jumping up and down like a child.

"I love this sword!!"

Emmi ran upstairs and puts the sword away in her room.
