Chapter 44

"Momoki."

"What!?"

"Your sister's name was Momoki."

"Ookami, I never told you that."

"I was there Emmi. I remember seeing that poor child. I-I saw her crying."

"Ookami..."

"Emmi, she's alive! I saw her run away."

"Ookami, this isn't funny."

"No Emmi, I'm serious!"

"We have to find her then!" Yelled Emmi

"Let's go then." said Zero

"But..."

Ookami led everyone into the forest. They soon ended up at a well.

"Ok Kami, you've led us this far. Do you know where to go now?"

Ookami smiled and grabbed Emmi's arm.

"Could you guys wait here for a second?"

Zero and Senri nodded. Ookami pulled Emmi and they jumped into the well.

"Where is this going to take us?"

Ookami just led Emmi through the well and into a cave. Inside the cave, a girl who's clothes were ruined, her hair was a mess, and she was really upset. Emmi walked up to her and the girl scratched her on her cheek.

"Momoki Abel!"

The girl got fear in her eyes. Emmi used her powers and made Momoki look beautiful.

"Emmi!!!"

Momoki ran to hug her sister.

"Omg!! You're alive!!! You're thirteen."

"I'm so glad you two are together again!"

Said Ookami.

"Why are you crying?" Asked Momoki.

"What?" Ookami wiped her eyes and she was indeed crying.

"Come on, let's go." Emmi said.

The three girls went to the surface.

"Who's this?" Asked Senri.

"I am Momoki. Who are you?"

"I'm Zero Kuryu and that's Senri Shiki."

"Um...guys. Where's Ookami"

They looked almost everywhere when they finally found her in a graveyard.

"Haruki." She whispered, her hand touching a grave.

"Ookami?"

"Z-Zero!"

"We came to see if you were ok."

"Kami, who's Haruki?"

"H-he's my b-b-brother. He d-disappeared when I was still little. He should be 10 by now. He was born when I was 5. We gave him a memorial. All we did was bury a picture of him. He was never found."

"Ookami...I'm so sorry." Senri said.

Zero hugged me.

"It must have been hard for you to see me and Momoki together. You were thinking about your brother."

"I-I miss him so much!"

Emmi pulled Momoki to a small place in the forest.

"Momoki, you're going to treat Ookami like your sister. She's been my sister for a while."

"But Emmi...."

"You're going to treat her like she's your sister."

Emmi dragged Momoki back and sat next to Ookami.

"So Ookami, how did you know where to find me."

"I remember seeing you run out of the hospital. And since I've seen you before I can sense your the spots near your location. It just happened to be strongest at that well. "

"Wow. That's awesome."

"Thanks Momoki." said Ookami smiling.

A letter came flying down and landed in front of Ookami.

"What..."

"What is it?" Asked Senri.

"It's a letter stupid." said Zero.

"Shh!" said Emmi.

"Open it Ookami." said Momoki.

Ookami opened it and it read

'Dear Ookami,

Guess what it's me. Haruki! I've missed you sooooooooo much. I hope you still remember me. Oh, I'm coming to see you by the way. Sorry about not seeing you for so long but the people said that it wasn't safe. They told me about mom and dad. They also told me that's why they took me, so I'd be safe. They wanted to save you too but they couldn't get to you. Well, I'm glad I'll get to see you after so long. Bye bye.

Love, your sunshine!'

"H-Haruki." Ookami began to cry again. But not because she was sad. She was crying because she was filled with joy, knowing her brother was okay and that she was going too see him.
