Day Five With You

Taylor said that she's extending our stay here, she lend us some of her clothes to Vanessa and I.

Ever since earlier, Tayvon has avoided or ignored me.

I don't remember doing something that made him avoid me.

I was sitting at the living room, watching TV at 1 in the morning, when Tayvon walked down the stairs.

He made eye contact with me, but it didn't last long because he looked away and went towards the kitchen.

I sighed and looked back at the TV, smiling at Toothless from How To Train Your Dragon 2.

Tayvon didn't return from the kitchen yet when I decided to talk to him. I want to know what the hell did I do for him to ignore me.

I went inside the kitchen and found him sitting down on a stool. He had his head down and a glass of water was beside his head.

"Why are you avoiding me?" I asked him and crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"Go to sleep, Ireze", he said.

Something is totally wrong. He doesn't really say my name.

"What did I do?", I asked him, "Tell me, Tayvon".

"I said go to sleep", he raised his head and looked at me, his eyes were red.

I eyed him curiously, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing, okay, just go, Ireze", he said and drank some water.

"You said it's bad to keep it in and best if you talk to someone, you're exactly doing what you told me not to", I said to him, trying to keep my voice down because of the others sleeping already.

I scoffed and slide the door, walking out towards the beach.

I groaned from the cold wind. I was only wearing leggings and a thin shirt.

I stared at the dark sky filled with shining stars.

"Hey mom, dad", I said softly, "I miss you guys".

I wrapped my arms around myself and a tear slid out of my eye. I didn't even bother wiping it out.

"I miss you guys so much, why do you guys have to leave me here all alone", I started to sob.

I walked towards a beach chair and sat down. I watched the waves crashed and I closed my eyes.

I lay down on the chair and opened my eyes, staring at the stars. 

I felt completely numb. I didn't even bother going back inside.

I lied down for hours that the sun started to rise. Whoa, I didn't even sleep.

"You're up early"

I sat down and looked at the person and it was Vanessa.

"Uh yeah", I lied to her. "Are you alright?" She took a seat next to me when holding a mug on her hands.

"Yeah", I lied to her once again.

"Tayvon can be... Confusing in a way", she said  and stared at the beach.

"Do you know why he's ignoring me?" I asked her.

"No, sorry", she answered and looked at me.

"It's cool", I said and sniffed. Darn, I think I'm starting to get a cold from earlier since I stayed out here.

I started to cough and Vanessa looked at me worriedly.

"Are you sick?" she asked me and brought up her palm on my forehead.
