The Return- [Watty's 2018]

Chapter 3

After we were finish admiring the room i sat on the bed with Venice trying to come up with a plan to escape.
"We have to get out of here before day light" i told her looking at a clock that sit on the bed night table. I realize it was 9 o'clock.

"Anna i don't think that's a good idea, suppose this is our destiny" ven retorted laying back on the bed with her two hands fold behind her head and her foot cross at the ankle.

"Get your ass up! What kind of destiny you talking about? Destiny for our brains to be suck out through our ears? Or destiny for our neck vain to be rip out?" I shout whispered at her

"Okay Anna what's the brilliant plan that gonna get us out of here alive and out of the forest that we don't know which city its in and God knows what kind of animal in there waiting to rip us to thread"
I look at her and started to cry because i knew she was right, there is no way we could leave without dying in the end.
She came close and held me in her arms "It's okay sis we will get through this together, i promise" using her thumb to wipe the substance from my eye. And for the first time I felt safe and happy that Ven was the one comforting me.

" Thank y..." I started but was interrupt by a knock on the door.

"Can i come in its Zedane"

"Sure I'm coming" Venice said blissful running to the door to unlock it.
"Hi Zedane whats up?"

"Just carrying some towels to the room because i think the bathroom don't have any" he replied handing
Venice the towels along with a smile.

"Thank yo.." Venice started but was cut when Zedane interjected "Oh! An clothes is in the closet, i hope you find something you like"

"Thank you Vampire!" I shouted out from where i was on the bed rolling my eyes at him.

Zedane walked off waving to us but mostly to Venice. I raised one of my eyebrow asking her what jus happen but she just closed the door and headed to the bathroom slamming the door behind her to indicate she was upset.

Venice P.O.V

I couldn't believe she did that. I was so upset i walked straight into the bathroom without muttering anything to her. I saw her raised her eyebrow, knowing she wanted to know what's all that about but I ignore her. I step into the bathroom an close the door before I turn my back to the door and slide down it with my eyes close and sat on the floor. Reminiscing on what just happen at the door; "I think Zedane like me and I like him too" i breathed out. Or maybe I'm going crazy, how can i like a vampire? He will feed on my succulent blood. I opened my eyes and was shocked by the view of the bathroom. I didn't even realize when i just walked in because i was so deep in my thoughts. The bathroom and my room back home was practically the same size, painted in sky blue with matching toilet, tub an face basin. I rest the towels on the counter where i saw several fragrance of body wash and shampoo. I took up a lavender scented body wash since it was my favourite scent. I looked in the mirror and saw how awful i look. My black process hair was a mess, my blue crop top had a tear in the shoulder and dirt particles scattered on my leggings. I breathed out a ball of carbon dioxide and it smudge the mirror. I ran my hand over it to show my reflexion once more before I started peeling off my clothes. I walked over to the tub and turned on the faucet. I washed my hair with a honey scented shampoo and went straight to take a shower after. I stand under the running warm water enjoying it while it cascaded over me. I step out and wrap one of the white towels that Zedane gave to me earlier around my body and one around my hair. I stepped back into the room only to see Anna silently sleeping, I didn't even realize I took so long in the bathroom. I walk over to the closet to find something that can fit me. I search through the garments till i found a pencil strop red dress that was my size. It held my curve perfectly and stop three inches above my knee. My hair was still wet so i let it stayed in the towel. I went in the bed beside Anna and about to turn off the bed night light when i realize it was 12:40am. "We have one day left for us to make up our mind" I sighed out. I turned off the light and rest my head on the pillow and couple minutes after I was knocked out.
