Twelve

Camila's POV- July 2016

Kelsey grinned as she spotted me, and quickly made her way over. I laughed as she squealed a bit before grabbing my hands.

"Joc told me you and Chris went out on a date!"

She then proceeded to pull me into a hug.

"Ahh, I'm so happy for you two! Does he know you're here?"

"He does not" I replied.

She touched her chest.

"You two are so cute. Did you come alone? Or is someone with you?"

"My brother and best friend are actually with me" I answered.

She nodded.

"Where are you sitting?"

I showed her the tickets.

"Nice, you're a row above me and some of the girls. They're really excited to meet you"

James and Gen soon joined us, and they introduced themselves to Kelsey.

"You must be James, Camila's brother, and Chris' best friend"

James nodded.

"It took over 6 years, but Chris finally manned up. I trust him though, he'll treat Cami well"

Kelsey nodded agreeing.

"Do you mind if I steal her for a bit? I told Joc I'd go down before the game started, and I'm sure Chris is going to be thrilled"

James shooed me away as he took a sip of his beer. I followed Kelsey down the stairs and bit my lip as I spotted Chris. His back was towards me and he was completely oblivious to with what was going on. Joc quickly spotted us and made his way over.

"Hiya babe"

Kelsey smiled as he pulled her into a bear hug and nuzzled his nose against her hair.

"I missed you"

She laughed.

"I missed you too"

He kissed her cheek and pulled away. That was when he noticed me, and he shouted;

"CT!"

I looked towards the direction where Chris was to see him making his way over. The grin on his face just got bigger the closer he got.

"Surprise" I joked.

"You're here"

I nodded and let him grab my hand.

"Here I am" I replied.

He lightly tugged on my hand and pulled me into a hug.

"Did you come alone?"

Before I could reply, I heard Gen whistle. I'm pretty sure everyone looked at her, but she didn't care or notice because she was waving in our direction. Chris chuckled and waved back before looking at me.

"You're the best"

"I try" I joked.

He hugged me yet again and nuzzled his nose into my neck.

"I missed you"

I missed him too.

"I missed you too," I told him.

He pulled away and smiled at me.

"James won't mind, but would Gen mind if I stole you for the night?"
