-Brenda's point of view

"Those are my babies?" I asked Jackie.

"Yeah, beautiful aren't they?"

I nodded quickly. He walked closer, and leaned over to me.

"They're so small." I cried.

"They sure are, but who do you want to carry first?"

"It doesn't matter."

He gave me the boy. I placed him carefully in my arms, and admired his beautiful face.

"Hi baby." I cooed. "I'm your Momma."

He opened his big blue eyes, and looked at me the way Jackie does when he wants attention.

"He's definitely going to be a momma's boy." Michael teased.

"Oh, hush! Now let me see my baby girl!" I demanded.

Jackie and I traded babies. The girl was a bit smaller than the boy.

"Well hello there gorgeous." I smiled.

Immediately, she giggled at me. Her dimples were very defined, and her eyes shined.

"Knock, Knock! Can we come in?" Gilinsky asked.

"I mean, you already did so why not?" I shrugged.

The whole gang walked in, and somehow managed to find space to sit.

"These are definitely your kids." Gilinsky laughed.

"How come?" I asked.

"Well, they have Johnson's big blue eyes, your bright smile, and the sparkle that you both have in your eyes." Gilinsky explained.

"I seriously don't know how to feel right now. I'm so overwhelmed." I mumbled, making everyone laugh.

"So this is the first time you've seen your babies?" Aaron asked.

"Yeah, unfortunately. If it weren't for Jackie, I might've not see them."

"Well, I had to sneak them in." Jackie shrugged.

"Okay, actual goals." Mahogany squealed.

"We called it seven years ago." Crystal pointed proudly at Mahogany and herself.

"Do your parents know?" Camila asked.

"Yeah, They said that they're on their way to the hospital." I nodded.

"I find it funny how you always claimed that you weren't going to get married and have kinds. Now look at you!" Arely teased.

"When I first told my mom I wasn't getting married, she told me I was a disappointment." I laughed.

"Wait, seriously?" Cam asked.

"Yeah, but then she lighten up because she remembered that she still had Arely." I shrugged.

"Do you know when you get released?" Carter asked.

"It depends. She has to stay a few days so the doctor can monitor her health after the surgery." Jackie answered.

"Do you guys even have the nursery room ready?" Nash asked.

"Yeah, we literally finished it the day before the twins came." I laughed.

"You guys are impossible." Crystal shook her head.

"Oh hush up, won't ya? Matthew and you didn't know how to change a diaper until the nurses taught you!" I teased.

"Well,-"

*knock, knock*

"Come in!"

"Hello!" My mom walked in.

"Hey Momma." I smiled widely.

"What's up, stepmom." Crystal waved.

"Hello my beautiful children!" My mom laughed.

"You'd think that because you guys just had babies, she'd stop treating you like one." My Dad mumbled.

"Oh, be quiet! They will always be my babies just like they will always be your little princesses." My mom hugged Crystal.

"Whatever, lemme see my grandkids." My Dad reached out for my baby girl.

"Excuse me." A nurse said as she walked in. "Oh, big family, I see."

"This is not even half of my family." I chuckled.

"Yes, I can tell. Anyways, I came here to get the twin's names." She announced.

"Can I have the name for the baby boy?" She asked.

"Bryan Joseph Johnson Palacio."

"And for the girl?"

"Jade Blair Johnson Palacio."

"Awesome names! Well, I'll be back to check on you later. And sorry to ruin the moment, but visitor hours are almost over." She smiled politely before leaving.

Everyone left after a while. Except Jackie, of course.

"Are you tired?" I asked Jackie.

"Very."

"Come here." I scooted over. "Would you like more kids after this?"

"About that, there's something I need to tell you." Jackie sighed.

"What's that?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Brandon, there were a lot of complications as you know. I was told to choose between the three of you. I, of course, refused to choose and demanded all three of you to stay alive. With that came consequences."

"Jackie, what are you trying to say?" I asked impatiently.

"Babe, you can't have kids anymore. They had to operate you in order to keep you alive."

"Oh."

Jackie hugged me tighter, and wiped away the tears that I didn't notice were steaming down my face.

"Well that changes a lot." I chuckled humorlessly.

"But we can always adopt! The twins are perfect the way they are, and you've always wanted to adopt!" Jackie rubbed my arm.

"Yeah, you're right. I should be grateful for my own two babies."

Silence fell upon both of us. Bryan and Jade were asleep, and Jackie held me close. He had his arms wrapped around me carefully as my head rested on his chest.

"Hey, wanna know a secret?" I asked him.

"Anything."

"I can finally see unicorns and rainbows."

"How?"

"You make me happy. You always have."

"It's funny because I believe."

"How?"

"You've made me believe. You always have."

"I'm glad we can finally believe, and see unicorns along with rainbows."
