Robin:
I couldn't quite place it, but I had a feeling that something was wrong. It was that feeling that you get right before you enter an abandoned building. As word that the Titans East was here reached me, I was certain that they would know what if anything was wrong. Soon they were all around me asking Raven questions. Despite how much she claims to hate being questioned she answered every one of them.
"Where's Aqua?" Aqualad asked. Just then Beast Boy burst in, a frantic look on his face.
"GUYS SLADE'S GOT AQUA!!!!" Then he fainted right there.
"What!?" I began to get out of the bed but Raven put me back.
"No. You need to stay here and rest. The antivenin needs a few seconds to work. We'll go look for her. You stay here."
As the others left I glanced out the window. A helicopter was making it's way towards the tower. I found that odd. When everyone had left, I climbed out of the bed and looked closer at the helicopter. As I looked closer a figure leaning out of it came into view. I stumbled back, gripped with terror. Suddenly everything that had happened in the last hour made sense. This wasn't a plot for Slade to get Aqua! This was a plot to GIVE her to somebody.
And I knew just who that somebody was.
