The next year, Bakugo was accepted into UA High School. Izuku was glad he was. Not because he was proud that the boy got into the most prestigious, most prominent hero schools in Japan, it was because he wouldn't have to suffer through his dirty remarks and the rotten smell of ash.

Izuku slipped on his glasses when he woke up in the morning, the sunlight peering in through his windows. A phoenix has been reborn, all of the All Might merch being wrecked put his heart at ease. Izuku also daringly snuck all of the ruined pieces in the trashcan and dumping all of the recyclables into their recommended place.

His room was duller than he thought, the white walls and lack of furniture or decorations making it bland and stale; similar to soggy bread.

Izuku scrolled through his closet until his eyes set on his new uniform, which consisted of a black coat, a yellow cardigan underneath it, a white shirt underneath that, and a forest green tie finishing off the ensemble.

The school was called Erishoko High School, which was known to take UA dropouts or people who didn't pass the exam. The school is known for having heroic students with pretty decent good grades, but it also had a mix of lack-luster students.

Originally Izuku didn't even want to set foot into the school, even if he got offered a scholarship and the school itself asking for him to attend. He wouldn't enjoy his time there, especially after he completely abandoned his dream to become a hero. His mother said it would be good for him and that he might find some new friends and like-minded people. After all, his previous schoolmates were going to be attending a different school.

So he agreed to please his mother. He loved his mother so much, why wouldn't he?

The first day he went, people already knew of him. Turns out some of the people from his junior high school also attempted to get into a hero school, only to fail at it. He was the quirkless, weak, and short kid.

Izuku was short for his age standing at 5'0. Others were at least 5'4" or above. He felt out of place, even if it was only a few centimeter difference it was as if he were walking amongst giants.

But despite that, he met some people. They were people who didn't care if he had a quirk or not. Their kindness seemed to shine through and they helped to pick him up from the ground.

"Hey there Midoriya-san!" One of his friends yelled in his face, making him flinch. Her name was Amekata Tsuki; she's very loud and quite a go-getter, but that's what made her so interesting. She always seemed to be made of sunshine and rainbows, her long brown ponytail swishing as she jumped up and down on her feet.

"She reminds me of myself," Izuku thought. When did he become so hateful and cynical?

"Don't just yell in his face!" Taiyo Rio said, hitting the back of Tsuki's head, who winced in pain.

Rio was the responsible one, a pair of classy looking glasses resting on the nose of his bridge. His hair seemed to scream the opposite though, it looked as if he rolled out of bed. Yet, he somehow pulled it off.

Izuku smiled. "Hey, guys. Wanna grab lunch?"

"I'm down for lunch. Man, I'm starving! I skipped breakfast today because I was on the verge of being late..." Tsuki said, throwing her hands behind her head and chuckling nervously.

"But you were late today...? Wait a second, you're late every day!" Rio proclaimed, seeing right through Tsuki's facade. Tsuki shoved her finger onto Rio's mouth, hoping to shut him up.

"Shhhh, we don't talk about that. Anyways, onward!" Tsuki she laughed, raising a fist up and leasing the two boys to their designated lunch spot.

Tsuki has a quirk called "Transfusion". She can heal people using her blood, which was healing properties. Luckily her blood type is O-, meaning that she can heal anyone. She also has Polycythemia vera, which makes her produce too many red blood cells. She's practically a living, breathing blood bag. It sounds a bit rude though.
