the first time you were saying i love you to jonathan

You've been dating Jonathan for nearly two weeks, but you could tell that you loved him a lot. Though you never admitted it yet, seeing as it was way to early in your relationship. To be far, you'd been friends for seven years before that, and had tucked away your feelings, but still.

"Jonathan!" You giggled as Jonathan snapped a quick photo of you as you bent down to do your homework. He snapped another one as you reached out to hide your face from the camera. The flash stung your eyes as you worked, annoying you.

"Okay, okay, (y/n), I'll stop." He teased and you turned back to your notebooks and textbooks.

The flash shone throughout your room once more as you turned back around, groaning. "Jonathan, I-"

"Wow." He breathed as he looked at the camera. He pressed a button, while looking down, and looked back up at you.

"What?" You asked, worried and/or concerned. He shook his head at your worried-ness. "Jonathan, what is it?"

"You're just beautiful. You're just so beautiful, (Y/N)." He said and your heart collapsed into your chest. Before you could help it, the words just blurted out of your mouth.

"I love you, Jonathan."

He looked at you with wide eyes. "(Y/N)-"

"No, don't say anything." You shushed him and he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "Our two week anniversary is in some days and I already said I love you. I know that it is way way way too early, but I just knew it already, Jonathan. So don't say that you love me back unless you are absolutely positively sure that you mean it, okay?"

"Okay."

You two sat in silence for a bit.

"I love you too."
