first job preferences

Mike: he takes a liking to working at the cinema. The smell of popcorn and discounts on upcoming movies for him and secretly his friends. He likes the easy flow of things there. Plus it helped him plan some movie dates with El.

Will: He gives it a go working at his mum's job. She wants him close to her and thinks the idea is so cute. He thinks it's boring work but doesn't mind checking prices and packing bags for his Mum. The older lady customers think he's so sweet helping with carrying their purchases to their car.

Lucas: He juggles being a newspaper boy and a boy scout leader. He loves riding his bike and throwing the paper at different targets in each persons lawn. He hates the hills though. As one of the leaders in the boy scouts he lets his adventurous side out and takes everything seriously. He also think his uniform impresses Max.

Dustin: He managed to get some work at the arcade. He was disappointed when he found out he couldn't play any of the games during working hours. He passes the time by with cleaning everything he can to distract him from the loud kids having fun. He gets a thrill out of being able to kick some people out of the store everyone once in a while for messing around.

El: She got work experience at the police station following Flo around and learning about all the calls and paperwork there was. Sometimes she got to go out with Hopper and see the things that went on. Her favourite thing was how gentle Flo was and she always brought El snacks and sweets.

Max: She started up her own little job by teaching kids of all ages how to skateboard at the local park and for some extra money the lesson could be done at the persons house. It was something she loved doing, teaching her passion to others that had the same fire in their hearts.
