"Arch, she's making me uncomfortable." Jughead whined as he shifted over on the bed due to Betty's progressively close proximity.

"Betty, you're being weird." Archie frowned, looking at the hungry look in her eyes as she leaned over his body.

"You're very attractive." Betty said thoughtfully before pulling away and getting off of the bed to join Archie. Archie raised an eyebrow and looked at her questionably.

"Are you hitting on my boyfr-" Archie began.

"Watch it." Jughead warned.

"Boy that I have feelings for who also has feelings for me." He rolled his eyes.

"I wasn't hitting. I was inspecting." Betty laughed, continuing to glance over him from afar.

"Betty, you're making me really self conscious right now and I'd appreciate it if you'd stop because if you keep this up I'm going to end up bursting into tears." Jughead squeaked, shrinking into himself a bit at her relentless gaze.

"Insecure. That's bound to get annoying in a relationship." Betty pointed out.

"That's offensive." Jughead mumbled under his breath.

"Passive. That's going to become a problem as well." Betty listed. Jughead opened his mouth to speak but closed it shut, looking to Archie for help.

"Can't fight his own battles." Betty shook her head. "You're too good for this guy. He's too scared and fragile. That'll get old real fast." She shrugged.

"All I wanted to do was go on a date with Archie, not be judged and insulted by a bitchy blonde who spends too much time in everybody else's business!" Jughead snapped, causing Betty to raise an eyebrow and Archie's jaw to drop.

"Look, I don't know who the fuck you think you are, but you're definitely not going to be Archie's boyfriend with that attitude, not if I have anything to do with it!" Betty snapped back, crossing her arms over her chest and staring at him expectantly.

"See the thing is? You don't have anything to do with it! You spend so much time worried about Archie's potential boyfriends to deal with the fact that you can't get one of your own!" Jughead yelled, standing up to meet her gaze head on.

He wasn't sure what exactly came over him. Maybe it was because of the looks Betty gave Archie, The subtle flickers towards the redhead and the slight twitch of a smile that accompanied it. Or maybe it was because he was already aggravated that Archie was making him do this in the first place. Whatever it was, Jughead was glad he was doing it.

"You're not going to control you're little boy toy?" Betty yelled angrily, turning towards Archie.

"You didn't have to say all that rude shit about him." Archie just shrugged, staring blankly at Betty.

"But he called me a bitch and said all of this other rude stuff!" Betty whined like a three year old, pointing at Jughead furiously.

"Yeah, and that was out of line." Archie sighed and looked over to the raven haired beauty who nodded his head understandingly. "You both need to apologize."

"I'm not apologizing to him. I don't like him. You can't go out with him." Betty seethed.

"Betty..." Archie sighed.

"You can't! You saw how he just talked to me!"

"This is bull." Jughead rolled his eyes before sitting back down.
