Anna's p.o.v

After I woke up, Kyle forced me to tell him everything I told Lily. When I finished my story, he told alpha Stephan eveything he got out of me. They finished their call after about a half an hour and that's when I got so pissed off. They were talking about kidnapping and locking up MY best friend.

'You can't do this, you ass!' I yelled to Kyle. He looked surprised, not expecting me to say that, but then anger took over. I disrespected him and he doesn't like to be disrespected.

'What did you just say, little mate?' he growled and took a step towards me. Well if he asked me to repeat what I just said, I would do it with pleasure!

'I said that you're a total asshole!' I said, emphasizing every word. I smirked when I saw his wolf take over. I wasn't scared though.

'How dare you!' he growled and pinned me to the wall. 'You will not disrespect me ever again, sweet mate.' He was enraged. I just looked at him and smirked even more.

'At first, I disrespect you as much as I want because you never respected me either and second, I'm not your mate and I will never be!' I shouted and released me. He looked shocked when he realised what I just said.

'You are my mate, I feel it', he said cautiously. I kind of felt sorry for him now because I had tricked him for two years.

'I'm not your mate and you should just accept that,' I said without any emotion.

'No, you're mine,' he growled. He grabbed me by my waist and put his head in the crook of my neck. He kissed it and inhaled my scent. I pushed him away with all my strenght. Too much strenght actually. He ended up five metres away from me.

'Wh-What, how can you be so strong?' he asked with a bit of fear in his voice. 'You're human.' I sighed that he still hadn't figured it out. Seriously, was he that stupid? I once told Lily I had a boyfriend, but not that it was Kyle. I told her what he was like and she was just staring at me whan I told her all the stories about him. When she found out that we got into a fight about one stupid little thing and that he had threatened to break up with me (well not actually break up, I mean we were mates, at least he thought that we were) she got so mad and told me to go break up with him. I totally agree with her now...

'Oh Kyle, you want to know what I am? Why don't you just figure it out yourself?' I smirked and showed my fangs to him. I also ripped my necklace off. There was some sort of urb in it that masked my scent. Didn't need that anymore.

'V-V-Vampire,' he stuttered. I nodded and kicked him one last time in his jewels before I vamped off into the woods to find my best friend.

Lily's p.o.v

I decided that it was time to return to Will's house. No man's land was never safe so I should really leave as soon as possible. I turned around and heard the sound of paws behind some bushes. Taking no risk, I shifted into my lynx. That's when the wolves walked up to me and howled. These weren't members of Will's pack nor mine. Only one option left. Rogues. Ding Ding Ding, jackpot Lily. I'm so smart. Gee Lily, concentrate for god sake. I looked at them and growled.

One of them ran towards me and tried to bite my flank. I quickly turned my body so that would just run past me. He ran into a tree and I let out a laugh. As much as a cat can laugh. He was out, but not for long. I wanted to mind-link Will, but then I realised that he hadn't marked me yet, so I couldn't contact him.

'Shit,' I muttered.

There were only four rogues left. Three of them surrounded me and the fourth jumped on me. He kicked his paws in my side but then I rolled on top of him. When he wasn't paying attention for a second, I bit his neck and he went limb. Great, one dead. I ran to another rogue and attacked him. He bit my flank and I growled. I felt a warm substance on my furr. Gross! He pissed me off so when he turned around to help his friend who was knocked out by a tree, I jumped on him and bit his neck as well. The last two were easy to kill. Just one bite and they actually tasted quiete good.

I shifted back in my human form. Of course I was naked and I didn't have any clothes. I thought about my first shift, I didn't have any clothes either. Stealing from town was always possible.

My side felt like it was on fire. I hadn't felt it because I was concentrating on the fight but now I looked down to my wound. It looked horrible. A piece of my side was just gone. Well, I could say I'm pretty much screwed. I was losing a lot of blood and I started to lose my senses.

The last thing I heard was a voice calling my name. I thought it was Anna, but that couldn't be.

Unknown's p.o.v

'There was an attack,' he said to me. 'Luckily alpha Will found her in time, she's still alive.' I nodded and gestured him to go on.

'It seemed it were rogues, but there was also a vampire present. The damage was done by the rogues, but alpha Will thinks that the vampire wanted to drink her blood after she smelled her. Her blood is special of course...' he whispered the last part of the sentence, meaning that was all he knew.

'Thank you, you can leave now,' I said with a sad smile. He nodded and left my study.

I should really start doing something about her.

Will's p.o.v

I smelled her blood and followed it's scent. Come on Lily, please be okay. I blamed myself, I should have accepted her for who she was. She couldn't help it she was a lynx and she has been nothing but nice to me. Why did I have to force her to tell me everything so fast? She had known me for only two days. Of course she doesn't trust you from day one.

'You're a douchebag, you know that?' my wolf said. I growled

'Yeah, I know, thanks for telling me again, you son of a...' I stopped when I saw Lily's body. She was covered in blood and barely breathing. I ran towards her and picked her up. She was naked but I didn't care. Then I noticed something else. A girl, about Lily's age, a vampire.

'You, you wanted to drink from her! Alexander, Chris, Joe, grab her!' I ordered them and they grabbed her arms. 'Don't kill her just yet, I want to interrogate her.'

'Yes alpha,' they responded simultaneously.

When we entered my territory again, I mind-linked the pack doctoc to prepare her operation room. She asked me why and when I told her that it was her luna that was wounded, she cut of the mind-link and almost wounded herself by getting ready that fast.

I ran inside her little hospital and put Lily on a bed. Fiona, the pack doctor, quickly examined her and mind-linked someone.

'Who are you mind-linking, you have to help Lily right now!' I yelled at her. She glared at me.

'I know alpha, but I can't do this alone. I mind-linked Fione. She has to help me with this surgery!' she said nervously. Just when I was about to respond, Fione came running inside the hospital.

'Go home, alpha. You have to take some rest,' Fiona said. To show her I wasn't going anywhere, I sat down on the sofa in the waiting room. Fiona and Fione sighed.

'Fine,' they both said.

Tyler's p.o.v

'Tyler, don't do this! She could be Anna, Lily's best friend!' Sophie told me. She looked concerned, like she really believed that our luna would be friends with a vampire.

'No, Sophie, she's not Anna. Now just shut up, will you, I got my orders!' I said to her and pushed her out of my way. She growled but then left the prison.

I walked to the cell where that filthy vampire was in. She was sitting in the furthest corner of the cell with her arms around her legs, sobbing.

'Come on, sweetheart. We're going to have some fun.' I smirked and I could sense she was frightened.
