Kadaj was in a dark room of the hospital, being watched by Cloud and Sethirene. His heart pumped slowly and each breath came every eleven or so seconds. He would barely wake up ever and when he did, it hurt him badly. Cloud felt his forehead and he was fevered and warm though it was cold in the room. Sethirene would try to find Kadaj's pulse every hour, to make sure his blood was still pumping.
Kadaj woke up, and he breathed hard and not steady at all, and his eyes were wide open looking around and he seemed really panicked and scared. Cloud and Sethirene got on both sides of Kadaj, and put their hands on him and said,"calm down, calm down...calm down."
Kadaj's breathing steadied and slowed but it made his pain hurt worse, he over worked himself that night. Sethirene thought, maybe he would be healed enough that she could heal him. She placed her hand on his wounds and held each one for thirty seconds. After the moments of time, it seemed as Kadaj was more calm of pain and Sethirene hoped that her healing power worked on him. Kadaj woke up again and he felt on less pain and he tried to sit up bit that hurt him too badly, and Cloud just raised the seat for him and he asked,"how are you feeling? In pain ,or emotional."
Kadaj said "both",and then he shut his eyes listening for their voices to be heard. Sethirene could not help, but she put her hands and arms around him for a sign of love and she healed him more also. Kadaj opened his eyes and said weakly,"n-never got your name..."
"Sethirene." Sethirene said.
Kadaj nodded and closed his eyes again and smiled. His smile disappeared as he fell back into a sleep.

It was getting late and dark out, and there was no place but Cloud's house to sleep, so they had no choice but to leave Kadaj there at the hospital over night. Before they left Sethirene kissed Kadaj on his forehead and she said softly,"see you tomorrow."
They left, and Kadaj was left there all alone, in the room.

It was nighttime. Kadaj was sleeping but he wasn't having very pleasant dreams at all.
(His dream)
Kadaj was trapped in a corner of a room, having Sephiroth hover over him with his blade. Kadaj shut his eyes waiting for his death or pain to strike him but instead he heard talking. "This is real Kadaj, you may be dreaming, but when you wake up you will suffer the pain I give you tonight." Sephiroth laughed.
Kadaj opened one eye a crack to look at him, and he sat down and than opened both eyes and cried,"do it now, just do it, I cannot handle the pain for ever...just get it over with, I don't even know if what said was true, but either way just do it."
Kadaj regretted those words he said the moment Sephiroth had magic in his hand move toward himself. Kadaj panicked in fear, and when the magic nearly touched him, he shut his eyes tight and waited. He felt the magic enter his heart and it never really hurt much. He stood up and asked,"what will the effect be on me with this cruel, dark magic?"
Sephiroth smiled and knelt down and then slowly stood up and looked directly into Kadaj's eye and Kadaj felt pain in his heart, like if he was having a heart attack. Sephiroth stood up and said,"any of my presence anywhere even if I can't be seen or felt, of me will give you that pain, and whenever you say a kind word to someone or the word sorry, it will feel like there is a knife digging in your chest, so be careful."
Kadaj still felt the pain from Sephiroth and he sat back down and muttered,"wake me up, wake me up, wake me up..."

Kadaj awoke and he still felt the pain in his heart and he hoped that it was only because of the fight, or his dream really was a real vision. Kadaj sat up and put his hand on his heart and breathed hard. A nurse walked in and said,"are you feeling better, and did you have nice awakening?"
Kadaj laid back and put his good arm over his eyes and said,"I'm fine...just had a..."
The nurse moved closer to him,"had a?"
"Nightmare..." Kadaj quickly said.
The nurse shook he head and looked at the window, and it looked like the weather cleared up from a few days ago. Kadaj looked at the calendar and said panicked,"how the heck long have I been here!?"
The nurse turned back to him,"three days, when you arrived we were surprised you were still alive, you must be one of those supernatural people..."
Kadaj sat back up and said,"not anymore I will be...when am I able to go back?"
"Soon I think, if that Sethirene comes and heals you once more today, you should be able to go back tonight."
"Ok, call her to come then."
The nurse nodded and walked out, surprised he never said thank you or anythin', but Kadaj sure knew why he didn't. Kadaj laid on his side and slowly dozed off.
