"Hello. Welcome to the Teen Helpline. This is Scott. How can I be of service to you today?"

"Scott thank god you picked up! I tried. I really did. They wouldn't let me tell them without a phone call to my parents!"

"Is that any way to greet your Helpline consultant?"

"You little jackass."

"Hey. We here have feelings too. I'm wounded. Plus I though we were friends."

"Yeah sure. Uggghhh.... Hi Scott. How are you tonight?"

"Hi Evora. I'm pretty good. How about you?"

"Well if you let me finish you would've found out..."

"Alright, alright. Go on. I'm listening."

"Well first off, when were you going to tell me about your day off?!"

"Ohh, heh. You called yesterday I presume?"

"Uh, yeah?!"

"Who did you get?"

"Huh?"

"Who answered the phone?"

"Oh. I think it was Jer- Jer-"

"Jeremiah?"

"Yeah! Him."

"Ugh. Okay, cool. Whatever."

"You seam disgusted by his name. Something happened. Tell me."

"Wow. So demanding. Well i'll leave that story to another day. Uh, one question though. Did you speak to him?"

"No."

"No?"

"No. He asked if wanted another consultant and I said no."

"Well, good. Thats good. Anyways, carry on. What second on your list of rants today?"

"I tried."

"Tried what?"

"I told you before!"

"Well can you repeat it please!? We can't remember everything you guys tell us!?"

"Uhhhh. The things I do for you."

"I know. Now speak."

"Well I went to the office and asked for the guidance counsellor, right? And I went in and I sat down and started with, 'What I am about to tell you only stays between us. I need you to promise that no phone calls to parents or teachers will be made.'"

"And what did they say?"

"They were all like, 'We can't promise anything. If what you are about to tell me is to extreme then a phone call must be made to notify your parents at least.' Like are you kidding me! I'm asking for your trust here stupid guidance counsellor! Why can't you just agree with me and let me pour my heart out for you!"

"You can pour your heart out for me."
