Single Parent Support Group.

Imagine your OTP meeting for the first time in a single parents support group that they were initially reluctant to attend.

This is more KaitJ Lee then Kaitbrose, eh ot3.

"AJ, I don't want to do this.", Kaitlyn sighed as she reluctantly got out of the car.

"Why not? Kait, I'm doing this to help you and little Jaden here.", she grinned as she helped the two year old out of his car seat, carrying him in her arms.

"So you bring me to a single parent support group?"

"It's to help you, Kaitlyn. You know you haven't been the same since Dolph walked out.", she lowered her voice, Kaitlyn sighing. "I feel you need to get out, and maybe meet people in the same kind of predicament as you, that's all."

Kaitlyn took her son in her arms as she took in her best friends words, she was right. Maybe this wasn't so bad, but still. This wasn't Kaitlyn's first choice of place to go to meet new people, maybe a bar would have been better.

She could do with a shot or two right about now.

Walking in the centre where this 'single parent support group' was daunting, especially since she didn't know anyone who would be here. But the hand of Aj's coming to rest on her shoulder and a reassuring smile pushed Kaitlyn to walk that bit further.

That was until she stopped at the door.

"I can't.", Kaitlyn shook her head defiantly.

Aj looked at the two toned blonde frustratedly, her head tilting to the side.

"Can't you just come in there with me?", Kaitlyn asked, looking at the shorter woman desperately.

"It's for single parents..the clue is in the name of the group."

"Just say you're my partner!"

"Then you wouldn't be single, therefore defying you even being here.", Aj frowned, not understanding.

"Exactly.", Kaitlyn grinned.

Jaden let out a laugh and clapped his hands, both women smiling at the cuteness of the child. Letting out a huff, Aj let out a frustrated huff, taking Jaden out of Kaitlyn's arms. "Get in there, now.", she said sternly as she opened the door.

"No."

Poking her head around the door, Aj looked around the room. "Ooh, hot dad!"

"Where?!", Kaitlyn questioned as she looked into the room only to be shoved in, the door closing behind her. "Dammit, Aj!", she groaned as she saw Aj grinning at her through the window.

"Have fun.", she waved, Jaden flapping his arm waving at his mom through the window too.

Kaitlyn shook her head as she glared at her best friend. This was so typical of Aj to pull a move like this."

"Got suckered in to this stupid group too?", a voice spoke from behind her. Turning round Kaitlyn came face to face with a guy smirking with amusement.

His brown hair, slightly messy dressed in a white shirt and leather jacket and dark wash jeans.

Hot dad, indeed.

"Uh, yeah. Got pushed into it, literally.", Kaitlyn laughed.

"Eh, don't worry about it. I got roped into this stupid thing myself.", he smiled. "I'm Dean.", he held his hand out.

"Kaitlyn.", she introduced herself, shaking his hand.

Maybe this single parent support group won't be so bad after all..
