Patience is a virtue, it's never good to get frustrated over something just because it takes a long time. A lot of people could use some of it because if you rush things, you'll never get the result you wanted in the first place. Sometimes it only gets worse and beyond repair, so please stay calm and take small careful steps. Think of this situation as a pinata. People want the candy but it's safely tucked away. Things are already bursting a the seems and repairing will take time, but if people are trying to get to the bottom of things...

Kai is the second Prince, kind, gentle, with an almost obsessive fascination with soft, fluffy things. He doesn't speak a lot but has massively improved in his communication skills. It pleased Heine to know the Prince was becoming a bit more assertive and less isolated. Classes with Kai usually pertained further refinement of his communication and social skills. Of course it was already a big step in the right direction that he had started talking to the staff at the palace and they no longer feared him. It was strange to believe that they once were so wary of him, simply because of his sharp eyes. When you look at those icy blue eyes, they weren't as cold as they appeared at first sight. They were calm and gentle.
The fact that he was now being accepted made Kai feel more at ease and comfortable, which in turn served as an extra stimulant to keep up the good work. Talking to Heine however was still his favorite thing to do, next to playing with shadow and napping in the garden. This was due to the fact that Heine listened to him, was the first person to accept him and because the Tutor had such soft hands. It had become a reflex of his to automatically pet his hands. Heine didn't say anything about it as he didn't mind it and the Prince didn't do anything wrong.
"How are you doing talking to people Prince Kai?"
Heine asked, having taken a seat in the grass. As Kai could usually be found outside, it would be ridiculous to constantly make him head back inside, only to go back outside shortly after. Besides, some fresh air would do him good. It helped him clear his mind, put things into perspective and what better perspective than to see the palace from the outside... massive... grand... and him, small, really small. Nothing had changed, he didn't belong here and he never would.
Him overthinking the subject had caused him to not even pay attention to Kai's reply and as a result, the Prince was now worried about his professor.
"Sensei... Are you alright...?"
He asked softly, slowly, his gaze filled with anticipation and concern.
"I am alright Prince Kai. I suppose I was just distracted. Nothing to be worried about."
Heine had drawn the attention to himself and put himself into a difficult position. Perhaps he shouldn't have gotten up this morning, call in sick just so he wouldn't have to face anyone. But that would have been a cowardly thing to do. He should man up and face things head on.
Kai placed a hand on Heine's shoulder, causing Heine to look up, face as serious as ever.
"Sensei... you always listen to us... We come to you when we have a problem... You should know... we are also here for you..."
The Prince possessed a big heart that was, as Heine had once described it, more on a galactic scale rather than just big.
