Nash's Pov
As I got in my car to leave school I noticed Lauren walking out with Kian and Jc trailing behind her it looked like they were arguing they were in each others faces; I decided to get out and walk over " hey Lauren everything okay? " I asked she looked back at the guys before talking to me " honestly no tweedledee and tweedledum here think I'm up to something and questioning me also they've got their panties in a twist because I told them to stop being uptight and get laid " she replied with a slight laugh I looked at Kian and Jc who just stood there saying nothing. " SO why are you guys questioning her huh? Don't say Jace told you cause we both know that's bullshit " I spoke crossing my arms raising my brow at them they looked pissed " look we don't have to answer to you alright now beat it or else " Kian replied with rage " or what Kian what you going to do to him even if you attempt anything we all know what I'm capable of doing don't we " Lauren stated getting in Kian's face smirking he walked away nudging her. Damn I actually can't believe she stuck up for me " you didn't have to do that you know " I said to her " I know but they've been grilling me with questions since lunch also I forgive you for everything that you did to me doesn't mean I've forgotten; I'm willing to give you a clean slate and leave everything in the past no more dragging things up and throwing it in each others faces " she replied giving a small smile I thought about it if she's willing to forgive me then I'm willing to prove we can be friends " I'd like that also before we move forward it was my idea for Na " she cut me off " I know Nate told me when I bumped into him in the hallway I'll admit I'm pissed at that but like I said clean slate " she spoke then left getting in the jeep driving off.
Jc's Pov
Well that was weird why would he start defending Lauren not long ago Nash was recruiting all of us to find and hunt her down did she suddenly forget everything that happened between them both " Jc " speaking of the devil himself " what do you want and since when do you defend her " I spoke emphasising the last word he glared with a slight smile swallowing thickly " she gave me a clean slate to be friends and not to pull any dumb shit this is me honouring that alright " he yelled a crowd gathered around us. Nash pushed past them all punching a locker Jace walked up to me along with Shawn " what the fuck was that all about " he asked his face going a little red " what because I tell pretty boy like it is you get your panties in a twist you know this gang went down hill from day one since she arrived but you're all too fucking blind to see that " I screamed back my chest heaving up and down I ran out before I did something I'd regret. Once I got home I grabbed a duffel bag from under my bed taking out my pocket knife and gun I want to be in charge get some order back in this business.

" Emergency meeting NOW! "
Everyone showed up at Nash's place sitting around the dining table on edge of this sudden emergency meeting Jc was stood at the head of the table " I called this meeting because I have a proposition ; I want to be in charge from now on but the only way for that to happen would be to fight it out " he stated with a sly smirk looking at everyone's facial expressions. Lauren then stood up " you can't be serious and when did you become interested in being head of the group cause last time I checked you were just Jace's delivery boy right ! " she spoke everyone sat there in silence. Jace had his arms folded across his chest while leaning on the door frame by this point Jc and Lauren were face to face with each other bickering " ENOUGH " Jace yelled before continuing " there will be a fight whoever wins the fight will be in charge the front man or women of the gang it will commence Saturday " he finished " scared little girl " Jc spoke taunting her she got really close to his ear the sound of her boots clicking along the wooden floor " no but you should be little boy " she replied smirking it sent a shiver down his spine.
Later that night
Amy-Leigh's Pov
I was running about the house putting Christmas decorations everywhere while Lauren was out I hanging up the last stocking when I heard the front door close " Amy hey " she said stopping mid sentence " hey I thought I'd get all the decorations up while you were out so how'd the meeting go " I replied sitting down. She hesitated at first " um you know a little bickering the usual but there something I need to tell you uh Jc and me will be fighting on Saturday to see who will be in charge of the 410 " she stated looking down at her hands " YOU'RE WHAT ! " I screamed I started pacing back and forth " calm down it's not that big of a deal alright I have the advantage anyways " she replied I had to cut her off " it's not the point if he has a gun and shoots you in the head or heart you're dead life over there's no coming back are you really going to do that to me , your family and Benny " I asked her.
Benny's Pov
I made my way to the girls house to see what I could do to help , Lauren called me earlier explaining the situation walking up I looked at the window to see them bickering quickly I pressed the doorbell I heard footsteps and the click of the door opening to be greeted with Amy " Benny ? What are you doing here " she asked in utter confusion " Lauren called me asking for help about the current situation I think I have just the thing that could help her " I replied giving a small smile rubbing my hands together to get some heat in them it was really cold outside it's snowing in WhiteChapel don't get me wrong I love the snow and cold weather but damn it's cold. " Oh my god Benny come in sorry " she told me once inside I took off my coat hanging it up I walked into the living room to discuss the plan " so what's the plan " Lauren asked just by the look on her face I could tell she was frightened of what could go wrong putting my hand on hers I gave it a gentle squeeze to let her know everything will be okay " well option A is turning you back to human so if he hurts you you'll get injured but not heal " I replied the girls both looked at each other " and option B " Amy asked gulping " stopping your heart all together during the fight I can bring you back to life but you may or may not come back as a human " I replied pressing my lips together. Lauren began to pace the living room then went into the kitchen it's a lot to think about especially when it's risking your life she then walked back in " I want you to stop my heart Benny and if I come back as a human so be it " she said giving me a half smile suddenly there was a knock at the door Amy opened it to reveal " Klaus " Lauren spoke " miss me love " he replied smirking but then someone walked up behind Klaus " who's your friend " she asked him suspiciously he chuckled " Stefan Salvatore or as I like to call him the Rippah on Monterey " he replied with amusement by the look on Stefan's face he wasn't happy about hearing that " and currently in Ripper mode so don't piss me off " Stefan spoke with a smile. Lauren looked at him rolling her eyes dramatically " I need a drink " she said walking towards the kitchen I followed her " you okay " I asked her she took a sip of the liquor then turned to me " yeah just something about that Stefan guy gives me bad feelings that's all " she replied " what do you mean ? " I asked studying her body language she sighed " I don't know I once read up about the whole ripper thing basically a vampire , werewolf or a concoction of both aka a hybrid switch off their humanity the part that makes them feel human they feed and feed until they've ripped the body limb for limb " did you become a ripper when you were in New Orleans dumb question I know but it's been bugging me for a while now " I asked scratching the back of my neck Lauren went silent getting close to me taking my hand in hers " one night while I was in New Orleans I went out to the bar had a few drinks then later I hunted this guy dragged him into the alleyway piercing his neck I drank a lot of blood from him I could feel his body going slightly limp so I stopped and compelled him to forget " she replied looking me in the eyes I leaned in to give her a kiss but we were interrupted " aw isn't this cute Klaus " I didn't have to turn round to know who's voice it was Stefan.
