An old Friend

Lauren's Pov

I woke up pretty early this morning I tossed and turned all night I looked out the window to see it was still dark checking my phone " it's only six ugh " I said out loud , I decided to get changed into gym gear and go for a walk/run quickly I grabbed my phone and headphones then I quietly walked downstairs being careful not to wake Amy up. I pressed shuffle then headed for the woods anyways I was half-way through I stopped for a minute I felt like I was being watched I looked around no one was there as I was putting my earphone back in I heard a twig snap whipping my head round to see " Theo " I spoke my heart pounded against my chest I slowed it down remembering he's a Chimera " what are you doing out at this time in the morning " he asked crossing his arms raising a brow " not that it's any of your business but I'm out for a walk " I replied sassily he smirked at me walking closer I walked backwards tripping over a branch falling on my back he then crouched down seriously does every guy I know how to intimidate me " do I scare you Lauren " he asked smirking " no what makes you think that " I replied still sitting on the ground " well for one your heartbeat increased meaning you're human again two you walk away instead of approaching " I decided to cut him off I've had enough Raeken for one day " what're you doing in WhiteChapel " I questioned standing up face to face with him " my dads coming into town Jesse doesn't know we don't exactly get along as you know " he replied scratching the back of his neck.

Theo's Pov

After that awkward conversation I put her over my shoulder " put me down " she screamed I laughed walking towards my car putting her in I tied her hands together then taping her mouth shut Beacon Hills here I come. I had ten miles left until I was in Beacon Hills I looked in the rear view to see Lauren sleeping she stirred a little bit you're probably wondering why I'm taking her all the way here well . . . I was hired by a friend of hers to track her down and bring her to BH anyways I pulled up to my house I live alone I put her arm around my shoulder walking inside I thought it was best to let her sleep so I took her upstairs putting her in the guest bedroom. Walking back downstairs to get food for myself my phone bleeped " do you have her ? " my client asked " yes I'll text you tomorrow " I replied I sat down letting out a sigh what the fuck was I doing taking Lauren I should take her back but if I do I'll be hunted and killed suddenly there was someone banging on the door " Theo open up I know you're in there " I know that voice McCall what the fuck is he doing here bad timing dude I got up answering " what " I spat angrily keeping the door slightly ajar " we've need your help , have you heard of these guys who literally hunt girls specifically blondes first they ask them on a date then drive outta town to the woods to play truth or dare second they give the girl 10 seconds to run the leader is a guy with blonde hair keep an eye out okay girls from Beacon Hills are going missing " he replied air quoting the word missing " thanks but I think I can handle humans Scott bye " I spoke closing the door. Damn you ass holes you're going to get caught I pulled out my phone " meeting tomorrow morning @ my house 9 am sharp " I texted the client " okay we'll be there " he replied I quickly had food then headed to bed I checked on Lauren before going to my room still fast asleep man she's going to hate me tomorrow morning.

Jameson's Pov
Me and the guys were travelling to Theo's house he said he wanted to talk hope he hasn't changed his mind about Handing Lauren over I haven't seen her since she worked at the diner she waited tables the first few months she was there then they decided to do Karaoke nights she was in charge of setting everything up. You're probably wondering how we met well one Friday the guys and I were there looking for our next blonde to hunt and kill so we sat down in the booth closest to the door I got up to go to the counter thinking it'd be a blonde serving but was shocked to see this gorgeous brunette " what can I get you ? " she spoke while wiping the counter down my palms began to sweat quickly I wiped them clearing my throat " three vanilla milkshakes and one strawberry please " I replied handing the money over I couldn't stop staring at her I looked at her name tag " Lauren " after that I walked back to the booth with our shakes " you were up there for a while so what's the pretty blondes name " Danny asked with excitement " actually Danny boy it was a brunette and her name is Lauren " I replied taking a sip of my shake. "Oh I know her she's in my English class " Jenny Shane's girlfriend spoke " really what's she like " I asked curiously maybe I could make an exception for brunettes well this one anyways " she mostly keeps to herself but she's incredibly talented her singing voice is something else if you want I could give her your number or give you hers " Jenny stated I pondered for a second " do you have her number " I asked she just smiled handing the number over we all walked out to head home half way there I noticed my wallet was missing " shit I left my wallet at the diner I'll drop you guys off then go and get it " I spoke to all of them one by one I dropped them now time to go to the diner ! Flashback over we made it to Theo's house walking up he was already at the door " what was so urgent Raeken " I asked " can we talk inside " he replied opening the door wide we sat around the table " okay the reason I asked you all to come here early is because of blonde girls getting killed problem " he spoke sarcastically having a dig at us " so what's the big deal " he cut me off rude " the big deal is cops will start sniffing around , asking questions it's the last thing we need " he stated I rolled my eyes out of boredom " where's the girl " I asked him " she's still asleep a little update she's human again and she has a boyfriend " he replied we then heard footsteps coming downstairs in walks Lauren rubbing the sleep out her eyes wow she's changed not just her hair but everything her eyes widened as she clocked me " what the fuck is he doing here ? " she spat at Theo clenching her jaw " he wants you he came to get you " he spoke. Lauren looked at me " I avoided you for multiple reasons and another thing I have a boyfriend who cares for me ! Also there's no way in hell I'd go with you " she said I chuckled she frowned " please you couldn't get enough of me you even went on a date with me " I replied she didn't say anything knowing I was right here's a little secret I was Lauren's first time she faked to Nash that she was a virgin the next minute she kneed me in the balls clutching my shirt grabbing me to her level " that was until I learned what you and your buddies were really up to and why you asked me out you were going to kill me but I out smarted you didn't even see it coming did you Jameson " she said smirking I had enough I went to grab her when Theo flew me across the room " keep your fucking hands off her or I swear I'll rip you limb from limb with my teeth " he yelled he grabbed her hand fleeing the scene speeding out of here.
