"Hey guys" I say. "I'm here with..." usually I say my husband Riker. What do I say!?
"Me. Riker" he chimed in.
"A-and today we have an important announcement" I say.
"Yeah" He says awkwardly.
"Me and Riker have..." I didn't know how to say it.
"Have come to a realisation that this whole marriage hasn't worked out" I finish.
"So we've decided that we're going to get a divorce" He says. I didn't want this. At all. But he wasn't changing his mind.
"We hope you all respect this as usually the media gets it all out and shit tends to happen" I say. "But this is it" My voice getting higher.
"We've decides to keep the reasons private" Riker stepped in as he knew I was really emotional.
"That's all. B-bye" I say. I sniffled and cut the camera. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I quietly took it off the tripod and headed out the room.
"Emma" Riker says. I ignored him and went to sit with Cole. I knocked on his door.
"Come in Mom!"
Cole wasn't speaking to Riker. Ryder, Aria
and Sapphire spoke to him all the time though. I wiped my eyes and walked in
"Can I hang with you?" I asked him. He nodded
"please do" he smiled. I shut the door and sat on a yellow bean bag and started editing the video. "Mom" He says. I looked at him.
"If it's okay can you tell me why you two divorced?" He asked timidly.
"Your father thought it was best. Apparently we don't trust each other and aren't responsible" I say. "He's an asshole" he mutters.
"Hey. He's still your Dad okay? And I still love him" I say. The video was short and simple so I edited fast and uploaded it and it was titled something we need to tell you guys...
"Emma. Can I talk to you quickly?" Riker knocked on the door. I sighed.
"I'll be back" I ruffled Cole's hair ans exited and we went to our room.
"I'm moving" he said.
"W-what!?" I exclaim.
"I'm moving back to Colorado" he said like he was saying "umm okay".
"Why?" I ask him.
"I need the get away from here" He didn't mean that. He meant "I need to get away from you"
"are you sure you wanna do that?"
"stop questioning me"

"Whatever" I went back to Cole and got my camera and tripod and went to the guest room to film. I got my ukulele from the music room and started.
