you were awoken by your boyfriend sleep talking into your ear. some acrostic poem coming out of him. you slowly shot up and looked at the time. "4:00a.m huh?" you said to yourself. you let out a light chuckle as he kept talking. you walked towards the bathroom and brushed your teeth. walking out of the room you made your way to the balcony and opened the sliding door. you leaned yourself against the railing feeling the cold harsh air brush through your skin. it then got you to think about things.

you sighed loudly and heavily as if a tonne of weight has been added to your shoulders, until you feel a warm pair of arms snake around your waist and a chin landed on your shoulder. "what are you doing out here babe? its cold." wonwoo asked. "oh nothing. you woke me up. you were somewhat mentioning some acrostic poem right into my ear." you chuckled and turned around to face wonwoo, leaning towards the railing. "oh did i? im sorry." as he guiltily smiled and engulfed you into a warm hug. "its okay bub." you smiled at him.

"alright big baby. lets get you back to sleep shall we?",we dont want my brother scolding you for being late again, do we?" you smiled as you pushed him out of the balcony straight and into your room, not forgetting to lock the balcony while you're at it. you both dipped into your bed and pulled the duvet over your bodies. it was silent for a few moments until someone spoke up. "hey babe," wonwoo suddenly says. you hum in response. "do you miss me?" "what kind of question is that?" you giggled. "of course i missed you. why, you didnt miss me, did you?" you looked at him, smiling teasingly. "h-hey! dont say that! of course i missed you." he laughed as he pulled you in and you nuzzle your head into the crook of his neck.

it got you wondering why he thought you wouldn't have missed him. something smelt fishy so you decided to confront him. "wonwoo?" "hmmm" as he hums back. "why would you think that i didn't miss you?" you pulled back looking at him. "its nothing, i was just overthinking about some stuff." he responds. "hm? what do you mean overthink?" all you heard was silence. you speak up "baby, you know you can tell me anything right?. cmon baby, just tell me." you say while running your fingers through his hair. "its just- its that we dont see each other anymore and you rarely text me. we don't talk a lot anymore and i'm always busy, i thought maybe you'd start losing interest in me?" he told you truthfully.

"wonwoo." you cup his cheeks. "please dont think like that. i'm just prioritizing your work first. i don't want to interfere between you and you work. i don't want to become a distraction to you, i want you to work properly. i don't want to be the reason why my brother is always scolding you when you're re unfocused or you're distracted by something. we've been together for 3 years wonwoo, i know you so well but i'd never lose interest in you." you held his cheeks while smiling.

he sighs deeply. "i'm sorry for thinking so lowly of you. i love you so much. i mean it. when i say i mean it. i will wife you up, with or without seungcheol's agreement. i love you and i want to give you the world." he snakes his arms around your waist once more and plants a soft kiss on your temple.

"its okay baby. now, stop overthinking okay. it isn't good for you. i love you so much as well and i would gladly man you up darling." you chuckle and place a passionate kiss against his soft lips. soon after, you pulled away and rested your forehead against his. "i love you my baby, goodnight." you say as you play with his hair to fall asleep.
