(Time since the break up : 4 months)
Eddie's POV
I pedaled as fast as I could all the way to (y/n)'s house. Now don't get me wrong, Richie is the most irritating person I've ever met. But he was still important to me (and the rest of the Losers), and now he was broken because of this whole break-up. Something needed to be done and I knew that (y/n) was going to be the only one able to fix it at this point. Cause when Richie Tozier doesn't want to talk to anyone (about anything), it means some serious shit went down. I was almost there now, just a little ways down the block and I'd be at the (y/l/n) residence.
That's when it happened.......
The chain on my bike popped off and the wheels spun out of control. I screamed as I rode straight into a fence and toppled off my broke bicycle. I licked blood off my upper lip and wiped my elbow. I reached down to touch my knee but winced as a rush of pain flooded my body.
"Shit." I mumbled and attempted to stand up, but a force that felt like a magnet pulled me back to the ground. Infront of me, was a wooden, rotting, abandoned house. The haunted home that everyone in Derry had been speaking of. The House on Neibolt Street.
That's when it came out of the darkness....
And I mean IT
"Come join the circus Eds. We all float down here...." The balloons in IT's hand then floated up to the sky as the demented clown came dramatically trudging towards me.
"(Y/N), RICHIE, BILL, ANYBODY HELP ME!!!" I screamed for my life before a wave of nausea clouded my mind and the last thing I saw was a pair of red lips smiling at me.
(Y/n)'s POV
There was a knock on my door as I was skimming through a magazine on the kitchen counter.
"CAN YOU GET THAT SWEETIE?!" My mom shouted at me from upstairs where she was folding clothes and completing other chores.
"Yup!" I hopped off the bar stool and made my way to the door. I stood on my tiptoes and peeked through the peep hole.
There was nobody there, but a paper was flying around wildly in it's own little tornado on the porch. I unlocked the door and snatched the parchment out of the air. The wind blew wildly and tossed my hair across my face. I brushed it out of the way and clutched onto the outdoor chair to hold my balance. Reading the words out loud, my eyes widened in fear.
Hey (Y/n),
So I've heard that you and Richie broke up. That's too bad, you both made such a cute little couple. For a minute I considered letting the two of you live, but then I thought "Nah, I'll just eat them! Cause that's more fun anyway!" As of this moment, I have your wheezy friend to consume, and then Four-Eyes is next. Will you be stopping by to watch the show? Please do! It's sure to be an entertaining one......
xoxo,
Pennywise the Dancing Clown
The sound of a bell jingling made me break out of my trance and look up. A red balloondrifted down the street and the flash of lighting illuminated the sky. I crumpled the letter into a ball and shoved it into your coat pocket. I pushed the door open and ran up to my room.
"MOM I HAVE TO GO! I'M MEETING UP WITH A FEW FRIENDS I PROMISE I'LL BE HOME BY 9!"
"Wait?! What did you say young lady?" But by the time she had responded I was out on the road riding my bike towards Bill's house. It started to lightly rain so I pulled my hood over my head and pedaled faster.
