I smiled at them with the most innocent one I could muster, while out of the corner of my eye I see my cousin talking to him.

The next two minutes were spent with me standing like an idiot waiting for an introduction to my future husband while they held a conversation.

I stretch my hand and whacked Eli at the back of this head.

" Yo my nigga! Are u going to introduce my to yuh friend? "

He rubs the back of his head, " This abuse needs to stop Linny!, Kyler this is Khylin my cousin, Lin this is Kyler my best friend. "

"There are u happy? Now stop hitting me, I've had enough injuries for one day "

I go to retort but someone cut me off.

" Ah! So your the one the whole school is talking about"

new underwear needed.

He looks me up and down. Damn

A few minutes after the encounter, Reed, Ykeem and Skylor left the compound to go home while Eli left to go look for his sister saying she never keeps attract of time. Which is true.

So it was just me & him.

He looks at me, " you know I saw you looking at me during lunch period, but what I don't get is the look you gave me. What's with the look?"

I looked at him to see his green eyes dance with curiosity and amusement.

" hmm... But you looked at me first and the look ....should I even tell you?  Why do you wanna know? "

He gives me a sly smile. " Of course. Plus, I'm intrigued"

I giggled.

" OK, well I'm my book the look means" - I walk up until I was in front of him, traced my hands up his checkered shirt and grasped his collar to meet my height - " It means appreciation, approval and the one I like the most..."

I move my hands from his shirt collar to the back of his neck with my lips to his ear... "daddy material"

I pulled back to see his reaction, reddening cheeks and a small smirk, " oh... We are going to get along fi -" he gets cut off by hid phone.

"Holá mama, sí.. voy en camino"

Damn! He speaks Spanish too!

He hangs up the phone and turns to me saying that he has to go but he'll see me tomorrow and that we'll talk.

As soon as he leaves both of my cousins return, and not only that but arguing about only god knows what.

But for some reason I felt like I was being watched.

What ah day....

But one thing tho...... Let's NOT tell mom about lunch.
