Alone.
Feeling alone,
It eats at you,
It tears,
Claws,
Destroys,
Your very soul.
It is a dagger in your heart
Sinking deeper and deeper into you
With every moment that passes.
It is the cold winter wind
Chilling you to the core
Cutting into your skin
A knife stabbing into you
Wielded by the wind
It is in the water
Filling your lungs
Drowning you
Cutting off your air
And stopping your life.
Loneliness
Is the pain
The hurt
The demon lurking
And waiting
To consume you
In its darkness.
The blinding darkness
Suffocating
Taunting
Leaving you hopeless
Will-less
Lifeless.
My loneliness has beaten me.
I am alone.
