Careless Encounters

Intro~

Introduction~

“So are you guys going out?” Allison asked Cairo eagerly.

“I think so,” Cairo said with a smug grin. “He kissed my cheek behind the bleachers.”

“Just your cheek?” Skye puffed her cheeks in disappointment. “How... unadulterated.”

“He's not some pervert,” Cairo defended. “Liam is... perfect.”

“Eh.” Skye shrugged. Skye had a thing for bad boys, and the brooding types who hated the world and were in college already.

Cairo knew Liam was average with his dirty blond hair, too brown eyes, and not overly tall or amazingly built body. He could even be described as a bit plain, but she wasn't overly beautiful either. Out of her group of three she was the least to be noticed.

Allison had her golden locks that reached down to her lower back and unreal sky blue eyes, she was tall, funny, and model worthy. In fact she was going to start modelling locally this summer because her parents were finally allowing her to do so, now that they’d reached senior year. Skye was edgy and had her shorter than life dyed black hair, always wore dark makeup that made her molten amber eyes pop out even more. She was always eating some sort of candy and although she was shorter than both Cairo and Allison she had a big personality and was super cute.

Then there was Cairo. Cairo knew she wasn't ugly, but compared to her super cute and soon to be modelling friends she couldn't help but to feel average. She even dyed her hair cotton candy pink just to stand out a bit, her hair was frizzy and didn't stay straightened no matter how much she spend trying to get it to stay in place. It reached pass her shoulders, but was nowhere near as long as Allison's. She wore glasses so her face wasn't really on display which made her not bother with makeup, and in all honesty she probably wouldn’t have time to apply it because she was always late. She never went out much so everyone only ever saw her wearing her school uniform.

So who else to set her eyes on than Liam, nice almost cute average in almost every way Liam.

At least until she got to college.

Not too far off in the distance Eli was sitting in a classroom learning about advanced biology, for some reason Ethan kept sticking him in classes like this, one’s that could lead to business or doctor careers. Eli aced the classes of course, but didn’t pursue them further into the field.

“Are we meeting up later?” Pouted a redhead next to him, leaning over to present him with full cleavage, he smirked knowing full well that by tomorrow she wouldn’t even remember him.
