Cairo stared at her with wide eyes. She was lying, Eli wouldn't be engaged to someone and doing the things he was doing with her. Or maybe the truth in it was that he would cheat, but he'd never in a million lives be engaged.

“He probably didn't tell you about me so you wouldn't come after me,” she told Cai. “Sometimes girls become obsessed under our spell, he's probably protecting me. And I know he won't touch you, he's loyal to me.”

“But the night I met him he was with another girl,” Cai mumbled, frowning. She said it before she could stop herself and she saw Eve's eyes ice over.

“Eli wouldn't betray my trust,” she snapped. “He wasn't going to sleep with her, and he's certainly not going to sleep with you. Got it? If he was playing along with this virgin situation it was because he didn't want to tell you about me and endanger me. He doesn't care about you.”

“I got to go,” Cai mumbled with a nod walking past her, the smell of something sickly sweet hitting her full force when she rushed by Eve.

“Don't feel too bad,” Eve called in a chirpy voice.

Cairo barely managed to hear her as she ran down the hallway and bumped into Ally.

“That bitch followed you in there, didn't she?” Ally asked, glaring towards the restroom.

“I gotta go,” Cairo mumbled, her chest hurt and it was hard to see when she felt tears stinging her eyes.

“Did she hurt you?” Ally pressed.

Cai shook her head. “No, I just gotta go.”

“Wait here,” Ally told her as she started heading towards the restroom door. Cairo grabbed her arm yanking her back.

“No! You'll lose this job,” Cairo told her. “It doesn't matter, she was just being a bitch. I just don't want to have to deal with her glaring at me, I'll see you guys later, okay?”

Ally sighed, giving in as she hugged Cairo with crushing strength and went back to the shoot to let Skye know. Cairo left as quickly as possible, she didn't want to deal with Eve. Something about the possibility that maybe she wasn't lying and maybe she is Eli's fiance made her get this sinking feeling in her chest. Breathing was becoming a hard task as she sat in the bus thinking about it more and more. The idea of Eli's fiance coiling around her, it felt almost suffocating.

When she looked up, she groaned realizing she'd missed her stop and rushed to get off the bus before she got further than she needed to be. She had no idea where she was, it’s almost like she headed in a completely opposite direction because the more she walked the less she recognized her surroundings. She went back to the bus stop deciding she could ask the next bus driver that came by what bus she could take home. After a few minutes two guys came by, they nodded towards her and she moved the furthest she could, while still near the bus stop. They kept eyeing her and she was getting nervous.

Without a moment’s hesitation she pulled out her phone and rang Ally, but she didn’t pick up, so she rang Skye, no pick up. She kept fiddling with her phone, so it looked like she was talking to people when in reality she was drastically trying to find someone to call. She could at least be on the phone and maybe scare them off if someone knew exactly where she was and if she was in any danger.

Finally she dialled Eli, because she refused to call Liam after what happened.

“Miss me already?” He answered and she sighed with so much relief at the sound of his silky voice, she didn’t even care that he was teasing her.

“Hi,” she said in a chirpy voice, noticing the guys were still eyeing her, they’d even stepped closer. “Oh, you know, I’m at my bus stop, I’ll be at your house soon.”
