Sharna was in the living room watching the babies play when Artem walked in. He looked at her and said "I'm so sorry. I really didn't know." Sharna said "it's ok. I realize that you didn't know. I also realize that we have a family of four now. Hayley had enough trust in me raise Noah and now I'm going to." Artem said "alright. I love you." Sharna said "we should go out to eat tonight. We also need to put a picture on to post. Artem said "ok. I got them both an outfit." He pulled out two outfits with matching pants and a pink and mint green sweatshirt." Sharna took Ember and changed her and Artem changed Noah. They laid the babies on the carpet in Embers room and Artem took a picture and then put it on Instagram with the caption "we went from a family of 3 to a family of 4. We will explain soon but for now please just let us all adjust to all of this💕."
