There was 24 hours before the season 25 premiere.

It would be an understatement to say that Sharna was nervous. On top of all the pressure, Noah hadn't been feeling his best, but it was clarified that it was just a cold that he'd be over in a few days.

"Aw, you poor thing, come here, Baby." Sharna coaxed as she picked up Noah. She brought him close and he snuggled into her chest. Sharna tried to calm his cries by humming his favorite lullaby, but it was no use. She gently lifted his head off of her chest and kissed his forehead. Sharna sighed at how hot his head felt and carried him down the steps to find a thermometer.

She rummaged through the cabinets and found what she was looking for.

She sighed once more and climbed back up the stairs at the sound of Ember's cries. After changing Noah into something more lightweight and laying him down to sleep, she went to see Ember.

"Baby Girl, what's wrong?" Sharna picked her daughter up and gave her a kiss.

"Momma and Dadda gone!" Sobs made her body shake against Sharna.

"What are you talking about, we're right here." Sharna rocked her side to side in her arms.

"But you always dancing!"

"Oh." Sharna said. They had started leaving the kids with Hayley and Derek on days where rehearsals lasted forever. "But we always come back."

Ember's sobs wouldn't let up. "Do you want to see Dadda?" Sharna asked.

She nodded against her shoulder. Sharna descended back down the stairs. "Ar?"

Artem looked up and saw the situation. He nodded and took his daughter into his arms. "I'm here, Baby, it's okay. It's okay."

Eventually, Ember fell asleep and Artem laid her back down. He crossed over to the bedroom he shared with Sharna and shut the door. "You doing alright?" He asked, finding Sharna sitting against the headboard, her head in her hands. "Babe..." Artem sat beside her and pulled her into him.

"This is too much. I'm sorry, but it's too much." She whispered.

"What are you apologizing for? Princess, if handling all this was too much, I would've helped. You can't do everything yourself."

"And everything I'm doing for week one is a bit risky for week one and I don't even know anymore. I need sleep and to eat and to break but I also need to keep working and I don't know what to do!"

"Here. Here's what you can do." He held her close and laid her down, facing him. "Go to sleep, Love, you need it. If any of the kids need anything, I'll get it."

"I appreciate it, but Noah is running a fever, and..."

"Shh, Babe. Goodnight, I love you."
